These people are incompetent and scammers. They will also overbill you. The tech could not even hookup wireless keyboard and mouse to bluetooth. Sat in a chair staring at his phone, then charged me an extra $50. SCAM!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! I had a non-working motherboard in an old
computer, and the techie came to my house and said it's not worth
repairing.  I asked him if he could transfer the data from the hard
drive in the old computer to our new computer or an external hard drive
we had.  He said he could, took out the old hard drive, connected it to
the external hard drive, and transferred key docs, photos, etc.  What
the techie never said, until it was too late, was that for this
one-hour, simple service, he was going to charge $500!!!  It was a
totally outrageous sum to demand, and had I known this in advance I
never would have asked him to do it.  Unfortunately, I had to go out for
an appointment while he was transferring the data, and my daughter paid
him as she thought that was the standard price.  For that much money, I
could have bought another new computer.  When I called to complain, all
the manager said was that data transfer is very expensive.  So caveat
emptor, do not use these guys unless they tell you up front what it will
cost and you agree to pay their extortionist charge.

The young man who came to my home was polite and on time. He ran some tests on the computer and did some things to clean up bad files. He also advised me on a program I could use to monitor the presence of malware on the computer. The computer did run better after that.

A "stuck" printer was mechanically temporarily aImost completely demolished by the technician ("you should get a new one anyhow, that one is no good"). But before he left, he tried it once more and then it worked again (defectively as before). But he had warned me that printers were not included in that deal. Overall, he was quite arrogant, though knowledgeable, checked his time a bit too often. He showed his impatience with this 87-year old computer novice without much disguise. - Finally, I thought his business was in Lorton, not in Maryland.
I would like to point out that this is the second time I am writing and submitting a previously submitted review for Angie's. In the first case, Angie's admitted a boo-boo ("first review had fallen between the cracks"). In this case I had not completed my second (!) review, but where is the first?
If you are asking for an approximate date of service your computer should not insist on an exact day or accept a question mark.

They came out, but they couldn’t fix my problem. They had to take it back to the shop to have it fixed. My PC has now been working just fine.  They were nice and seemed to really care about my problem.

Excellent service! The technician was punctual, fixed the problem quickly, fixed a couple of other problems at no extra charge, and gave us recommendations for further maintenance. Overall, well worth the money.

Company representative was very quiet and unresponsive as he checked my laptop.  He spent the time trying to run an anti-virus program which was taking an unusually long time.  He finally said I probably had a hard drive problem.  Then he left.  He said the company sold computers and could possibly provide a good price.  I asked for a price quote on some models he might recommend.  He said he would pass the request on to his boss.   He left----and I never heard from the company again.  Not a great loss.

Appointment was easy to set up and I was fairly clear about projected costs.  The technician was skilled, affable and answered my questions.  Initially I was very pleased with the service, feeling it was well worth the cost to avoid the hassle of doing the transition myself.  I still feel that, even though I discovered shortly after the technician left that he had not transferred the most important 75% of my document files.  I called him immediately, but it took several exchanges of phone calls and 9 days before he returned.  There was considerable anxiety on my part due to the amount of material in question, even though I had backed up some of the most crucial documents elsewhere. The additional transfer was completed in less than 15 minutes at no additional charge.  The company itself never followed up on the service visit in anyway.

I would recommend three things as a result of my experience:
a) do not let the technician leave until you have had an iniital look at the files and tested the set-up a little.
b) if anything is unsatisfactory later, call the company not the technician, and be clear about the follow-up you expect
c)send payment directly to the company only after you have had a day or two to make sure there are no problems

It was pretty straight forward I couldn't get it to work that's why I hired them. They finally took back up on my regular computer and they said that I have lots of viruses; so they took it away. They reformatted and reloaded all my software. It now works faster. They wipe my drive and installed new operation system. Their price was competitive. They installed new anti-virus on the system.

I had to drop my email address and create a new one. They told me not to close the old email address as the hackers would be looking out for the new one. Now I know am well. They came and checked my computer and took my CPU and something at the back. They got it back on Monday. When they got it back, it was all clear. I?m glad that everything is empty. The virus is cleared. They told me that the hackers were just looking for my IP address. They told me which one better between Norton and American. They also gave me some tips to keep way from virus. They have done the work well as far as I know. They were quick in doing the work. They came when they said they would. They knew what they were talking about. They answered all my questions. I would probably use them in the future.

No-show by technician 2 different days trying to get Office installed. Lots of my time wasted. When I called to try to find the technician, both days, person on phone not helpful. When I mentioned the inadvertent overcharging, person on phone said to take it up with the technician. Finally technician contacted me and said he would request my money to be refunded. I have since emailedthe company with a full description of this poor service. STILL NO CONTACT by the company. They owe me nearly $300.
