I CANNOT speak highly enough of Christine as a realtor and now as someone we consider a friend. My husband and I can say without any doubt that there is no way we would've bought either of ours homes or sold the first without her at the helm as our realtor. Our first home purchase was a short sale with one of the most inept owners; this man felt betrayed by the bank so decided he was going to stick it to them by letting all the paperwork elapse...which meant we then had to do it all again. Then because of a technicality in that it was a manufactured home (premade in a gated community) the inspector labeled the house as a "mobile home" and as this was during the housing crisis we were then left scrambling to find a lender. Christine helped us negotiate everything with speed, professionalism, and humor -> I was 4 months pregnant with our first child at the time and stressed is not even the word for what I was feeling. When it came time to finally sell our first house we had 7 showings and were under contract within 72 hours of listing; we had more listings that we had to cancel because of going under contract. Our second home we were purchasing was also a foreclosure. Let me just say that the buyers of our first home missed the settlement date 4xs....and that was the "nice" stuff they did. We would have cut them loose except we were already in a contract with our second home which we desperately wanted. There. Is. No. Way. We. Would. Have. Been. Successful. Without. Christine. Period. Basically any real estate problem you could throw at her she can handle it. Shortsale - check. Foreclosure - check. Banks - check. Shady agents - check. Financing - check. Repairs - check. We recommend her to all of our friends and anyone we even hear that is looking to move. Our only regret is that we're not looking to move for another 20 years and can't use her again :)
