I started refinancing with him in February. I had a specific rate for about 3 months and as of last Thursday he called me into the office. He told me that if I wanted to keep the rates the same I had to pay him $10,000. I told him that I didn't want to do that. He tried to convince me that he was going to take responsibility for what happened. He then told me that he would be put in $5,000 of the $10,000 in verbally, but he did not include that in what he wrote to me.
