My own TV Wall Mount that accommodate up to an 85 inch flat screen tv was installed. A 65 inch Flat Screen Roku TV was hung with behind the wall (invisible) wiring for a clean finish and professional look. I could never be more pleased with the professional service AVS Metro rendered. After having a telephone conversation with Allan the owner of AVS Metro (Allan was referred to me by another small black independent business owner just a day before having the work done; Allan called be the next day, the service was provided the same day and Allan himself came out and did the work); who I found to be very confident, impressive (with clear and concise command of the English language) professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and delivered on his word. Allen had his office to call me within minutes of our telephone conversation for procuring an appointment and more detailed information in regards to AVS Metro services. Via telephone I was greeted with a very pleasant, friendly, professional womanâ s voice; her name is Cecilia, Allanâ s Assistant. Cecilia was very knowledgeable and confident of the business and services AVS Metro provided along with pricing; without placing me on hold to look up information. During acquiring my information Cecilia scheduled the appointment, Cecilia scheduled me the same day gave me a precise price and time, texted me detailed information that Allan was enroute and have arrived at my home; on time. Allan a young black man arrived at my home with a blanket and tools, wearing a face mask, gloves, shoe covers, and a pleasant professional demeanor; this service was provided during the Coronavirus Covid-19 Third Phase Highest Spike (small businesses everywhere including small black independent businesses are being hit very hard during this pandemic). I am very pleased to support a young black man with focus, determination, professionalism and a good spirit; particularly at this time in our USA and the entire world. I asked Allan if I could take his temperature and he said yes of course. AVS Metro services well worth the price. As I said earlier I could never be more pleased with the services and the customer service skills that I received from AVS Metro. The service alone was much more than I had anticipated; Allan did a Superb job hiding the wiring (including the mess of wiring I had running from all directions) and neatly cutting the drywall, performing the cleanup; honestly I didnâ t recognize my own room where Allan performed his services. Allen from AVS Metro was prompt, professional and courteous. I requested a quote for TV mounting and received call back less than 20 minutes after my request. Because my TV mounts and electrical outlets were already installed most companies were not interested or requested $250-350 to place each TV on the existing mount - the same price as installing the mount and outlet. AVS Metroâ s quote was very reasonable to mount two 70â TVâ s and was able to do the work two days later. Allen arrived on time and quickly went to work. He came prepared with all tools, an assistant and materials to keep the work area clean. I added additional work -an audio system and additional electrical work when he arrived. Allen was prepared and able to quickly support. They connected, tested, ensured everything worked and that I was able to use the new systems and they cleaned up the area. Even with the additional work -the price was very reasonable and still beat other providers. I will definitely use AVS Metro again and recommend them. Very pleased with their work and I am enjoying the TVâ s!

Allan did a phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable, proficient and clean in the process. Even sprayed down the TVs with disinfectant when he was done and cleaned up the work area including dust from the install. Made suggestions and made modifications as necessary in order to achieve the goal. I definitely would recommend him and use him again. Pricing was great as well compared to Best Buy. Always good to support a local business.

AVS provided outstanding service. Allan and his assistant were punctual, pleasant, and professional. They took all the time necessary to get the job done right and left the areas they worked in spotless. Great service and knowledge of work

They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The installer reduced the amount of cords and cables then cleaned the area. This is my second time using this company and will use them again in the future.

I'm so happy with the quality of work that was done in a safe way. The installer was polite, he wore his mask the whole time. I will recommend the service to anyone that moves in.

Allen Miller was polite and professional. He was on time and did an excellent job mounting my tv on my stone fireplace. He cleaned the area and my tv. I will definitely recommend and use AVS Metro again.

I can only echo the prior reviewers' remarks and do highly recommend AVS Metro! I purchased a Yamaha R-N803 receiver as an upgrade for my older Yamaha. I knew I'd never be able to figure out how to set it up, so I checked out Home Advisors and soon received a call from Cecilia at AVS--her customer service was excellent. Allan was booked until next week, and when I said to Cecilia it would be great to listen to music over this long weekend, she offered me a Friday evening service call--I took it! Allan was fantastic--he was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and provided me with excellent instructions on how to "navigate my new system." I thought he was only going to set up my stereo, but he turned my tv into surround sound! I'm an extremely happy customer and would not hesitate to utilize AVS service in the future!
