Patrick Scott, the owner of this local company, has done a lot of work for me since we discovered him six years ago. He's strictly word-of-mouth, and a real find. He prides himself on customer service and a fair price. This latest job was perhaps his least challenging: renovating much of our upstairs. Most of the work was done while we were on vacation, and we were very pleased with the result. In addition to being a fine craftsman, he's quite good at giving you options and ensuring communication throughout the life of a project. There is no job too large or small for him. In the past, Patrick remodeled the entire downstairs of our house, including the replacing our kitchen, taking down a load-bearing wall between two rooms, new flooring, etc. Last year he did some exterior work, replacing our gutter system and some dry-rotted wood. His is a small company, so he uses sub-contractors from time to time, which can slow down the work. That said, if you're in the market for a no-hastle general contractor, Patrick Scott is your man.
Description of Work: Remodeled master bathroom, replaced walk-in closet, installed hardwood flooring on upstairs beadroom, hallway, and on the stairs.
