Called and spoke to Jason. He thoroughly explained the process that he uses and gave me an estimate over the phone. Pleasant to do business with and knowledgeable. He called the day before with instructions to prepare the house. Process took about two hours. Way faster than I could have done it. Will definitely use again.

Timing was subject to weather, and availability of provider. While it took some time to get the service completed, the house looked great.

It's a stream of water soap and rinse process if the wind is blowing about 12 mph we can't reach most of the high areas on the home so that's why we had to reschedule you. When we come out to clean your home we want to come out the first time and do a great job so you'll be satisfied the very first time. Again I'm sorry it took a little time to get out there but I'm glad everything turned out OK and you were satisfied with the cleaning of the house. Thank you"

It went well! Aside from an initial scheduling snafu (he came next day), I didn't need to be there for him to work (Just left a check with my neighbor to pay him). The house looked great and the exterior smelled as clean as it looked. Honest broker! (would hire again).

My 102 year old house had green algae largely on the north side over old vinyl siding. House has tall, beloved rhododendrons on the north side, but I had additional concerns, like door lights and surrounds that were old leaded windows not in good shape, and a 2 story bay window bump-out with six new windows that I did not want washed with a chemical. Jason Dillon went over all these things with me before beginning, and carefully washed the house with a stream of water mixed with chemical product and chlorine additives that could be modified in its strength, and avoided those areas I was concerned about. He then went over the entire house again with plain water, including shrubs that may have been hit with any slight blowback. I was very satisfied with his service, and will use his company again.

Dillons Power Washing Jason, Again - Thank You for the Excellent job that you did on our house in 2016. April 2017, You are “greatly appreciated” for all your extensive time and knowledge you have spent trying to solve/correct our damage from the Feb 25th hail/tornado storm and marring to the finish on our vinyl house siding. You certainly have educated us on the proper cleaning agents/chemicals that you used so the finish on the vinyl would not be streaked/damaged further nor our decking/landscaping. Unfortunately, as you initially stated, power washing would not work as the insurance company said would be the repair solution and their guide lines >> a total waste of time and money but had no choice in the matter. And you continue to follow up with us and stay in touch on any progress we have made. Again, you have proven that you continuously go above and beyond in work ethics/quality and customer satisfaction. I’m very hesitant on referring companies to my many clients but without a doubt you have earned my trust. You are definitely worth any wait if need be to schedule your company’s service!! The exterior of my home looks better than the day I moved in! My home was built three years ago and has collected sawdust and dirt from the surrounding homes underconstunction. Dillons was prompt in providing me an estimate and called the day prior to confirm. My home is now sparkling and smells good!

I have used Dillons in the past just for my house and they did an amazing job they kept in contact with me they use low pressure so it pushed my job Al a little longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. They did and amazing job. I had a company I used before them that said they use low pressure all they did was turn the air pressure down and it was still high pressure they loosened an area of my siding up and I got water in my windows as well As the detergent they were using. I've only seen low-pressure used once by Dillons and they soap your house up with a stream of water and detergent and rinse not only does it take away the algae and mildew it also kills It . I will never use another company other than Dillons powerwashing again my home was clean and it was Green on all four sides I waited too long but I will get it done every year from this point on. I was told by Jason if I do it every year my price will remain the same and I will get a free waxing for my home if I wait and do it every other year the price will remain the same I'll just have to pay for the wax. They were very professional and very thorough if you're looking to have your house cleaned and cleaned right this is the company you want to go with. I had to wait a little longer due to the Highwinds because they use a stream of water they don't use ladders or machines that tear up your yard they do everything from the ground And it was well worth the wait. Thanks again see you next year.
