We hired them to clean out our septic tank. We paid them $325.00. This was Dec, 2019. The house has been empty since, and up for sale. The inspection happened and we were told there was 12” of sludge in tank...hoe can there be sludge in the tank if it was cleaned properly and no one living there. After numerous phone calls by our realtor, they finally admitted they only cleaned the liquid portion...for $325.00. Now we have to hire a more reputable company to clean it properly. We are waiting for a call back from them to see if they will do the honorable thing and clean it properly. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! A rip off.

Everything went well I think. It was very painless for me. I called, prepaid, and they left a receipt when the work was done. Seemed really east to me.

The overall customer service and service performed was excellent:
courteous, prompt return of phone calls, genuine interest in helping with my problem, setting an appointment, better than on time arrival -earlier than originally scheduled or expected- which is perfect timing for a septic tank issue. I'd highly recommend Brothers' Johnson, Inc..

Service with a smile. We called Brother's Johnson septic on Friday, August 10 to ask for a septic pump out. The lady on the phone was very friendly and scheduled a pump out for the following Tuesday, August 14 for mid-morning. One of the Johnson Brothers showed up in a HUGE truck earlier than expected and pumped out our septic tank in less than one hour. I highly recommend these guys to you!

NO ONE LIKES SEPTIC PROBLEMS, BUT BROTHER'S JOHNSON MADE DEALING WITH THE PROBLEMS EASIER. THEY CAME OUT ON A WEEKEND WITHOUT CHARGING US EXTRA AND HELPED US LOCATE THE LID WITHOUT TEARING UP OUR WHOLE YARD. THEY ARE A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS WITH LOTS OF CLASS.
