This company is one of the most honest companies I have ever done business with. In the past year, we have had numerous problems around or recently purchased home and have encountered any number of unscrupulous repairmen, electricians, etc. So, when our washing machine broke, I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity of this service provider. He quoted us a price for repair that included the parts, but he also gave me the part numbers that I would need and told me that if I could find the parts for cheaper somewhere else, he would be happy to install them for me and only charge me for the labor.
When the parts arrived, I contacted him and set up a time. He arrived promptly and had the machine repaired quickly.
