Courteous staff. Professional appearance and demeanor of the two men who picked up the rug. They explained exactly how they would clean and dry the rug, gave a date for return, and returned it as promised. The carpet had been heavily soiled by some flooring work. It was returned looking almost like new.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT ARRIVING WITH IN THE TIME LIMITS GIVEN. THEY PRE TREATED THE TOUGH SPOTS.THEY ALSO MOVED FURNITURE WHEN NEEDED. THEY WERE VERY THROUGH. THEY KNOCKED SOMETHING OFF MY WALL AND IT BROKE,HOWEVER THEY MADE GOOD AND TOOK SOME MONEY OFF MY TOTAL DUE

WONDERFUL! ON TIME. VERY GOOD RESULT, CARPET LOOKS GREAT, AND IT WAS DRY! I HAVE USED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO! THEY ALSO CLEAN OUR LEATHER SOFAS.
