Hugo came out to look at the job.  He had to reschedule and called promptly to let us know he had a conflict.  Received his E -mail the estimate the next day, we accepted, and the job was scheduled.  Karl came out to install the molding.  He was on time, neat (removed his shoes every time he came in the house - not necessary but appreciated), showed me how to install the crown (I'd tried and failed miserably), and neatly caulked the molding.  
The completed project looks fantastic and I would absolutely use Shirley's for future work.

It was an unusual project, and I appreciate his willingness to work with me. I had salvaged the 13-foot-plus built-ins from an office building. I then had the base cabinet stripped and repainted in a refinishing shop. They also built and finished new and quot;boxesand quot; to hold
shelves in upper open units, as the originals were unusable after the breakdown to move them. Hugo installed and trimmed out the whole unit, installed lighting and finished with room with crown moulding. He was very professional, arriving promptly and seeking details when necessary. I am very happy with his work.

Hugo was punctual and professional. He did the job and cleaned up. Estimate was right on target. Would definitely use him again.

Excellent, Hugo and his partner did a great job. Hugo provided an estimate and at first I thought it was a bit high but we agreed. However, the job took nearly the entire day, the wood was cut, replaced and finished beautifully, so in hindsight it was a good price. We are very, very happy and will refer and use Hugo again.

We could not be happier with Hugo's work. It is always excellent. His prices are very, very reasonable. We've found Hugo to be reliable and trustworthy. He is very honest and dependable. He is sometimes a little slow in responding to emails and messages. It typically takes him 2-3 days to respond, but he is well worth waiting for. I'm so glad we found him and we will be using him again in the future.
