The owner, Perry, sat down with me to help design my dream kitchen within my existing budget. He incorporated my ideas and provided invaluable assistance on cabinet selection, design ideas, and helped me with ideas of how to change an existing wall to open the space up into the living room. Once the design was complete and on budget, he came with me to the cabinet retailer to make the final color and style choice and flooring selection. Throughout the remodel, Perry was always available to help me choose the materials necessary for the job like granite, drawer pulls, sinks, faucets, and lighting.

He started the job on schedule in the very capable hands of his carpenter, Brian. They worked diligently throughout the remodel and made the process as painless as possible and on schedule. The job was completed on budget (except for a few upgrades that I chose).

The finished project came out more beautiful than I could have possibly imagined. I feel like I am living in a new house. I am thrilled with the final result.

It was a pleasure working with Perry, Brian, and all of the other contractors necessary to complete the job.

I sent details to their website before and after they did my kitchen renovation. They were very very good and their pricing was good. They did the job that they told me 100%. They installed everything and it took them an average amount of time. They did a great job, as a matter of fact, I have some actual pictures of the kitchen. They had a fair price. They were very attentive and they had real attention to details. They were nice, clean and they were here when they said that they were going to be here. At 7:00, they were here and I just got out of bed then. PC3 Limited is a good company. Their price was not bad for what they did. I plan on using them again for my bathroom.

Innovative homes remodeled the kitchen and bathroom and also refinished the hardwood floors.They are very reliable. They are not the cheapest but their work is excellent and they do what they say. He uses the same sub contractors on his jobs. He doesn't just hire someone off the street to do the work.

They value of his work is wonderful. He is knowledgeable and answers any questions. He is a great contractor and has used the same sub-contractors for years. I was comfortable with every one of his workers being in my home. We have an older home and during this last project, he ran into unexpected problems. He knows when to call in a structural engineer for these issues. We have the utmost confidence in him. We will definitely use him again.

Perry and his employees, Brian and Andrew, showed up promptly each morning at 7:30. They were always very courteous and considerate to us and our property.  During the entire project they made sure to install plastic doors to contain any mess they made, put plastic on any carpet they walked on, protected other flooring and each evening they cleaned everything up. Perry and Brian are very meticulous and detail oriented. There were so many little details they took care of to make our kitchen look beautiful, such as crown molding cut to disappear into the molding around the cabinets (it's amazing). Perry always made sure that every detail was to to his standards which were beyond our expectations. Our kitchen looks so much more amazing than we ever thought it could.  We will be having them do our complete master bath remodel in the very near future.  All the guys were so kind and friendly I hated to see the job end, as a matter of fact by the time they finished, (3 weeks as planned), they felt like family.

The install was not what we had talked about or approved. They were nasty with us. They did not do anything correct. They started jobs and left. They left the grout on the back splash and I had to wipe it off.

They did a great job.

As a decorator, I was hired to update the large room in a condo clubhouse. This was a floor-to-ceiling job. I worked with Perry/Innovative Homes on the ceiling. The vaulted ceiling had been covered previously with dated and mismatched acoustic tile. The client needed a surface with acoustic properties and an attractive appearance. Perry recommended Tectum tiles. The client approved. Perry and his team installed them as scheduled and on-budget. The client and many of the condo residents have commented that, among all the work done, the change to the ceiling was the most significant. They are still very happy. As am I.
