WASTE MANAGEMENT

Our service was great until October when our service was terminated for no reason.  I called the local and corporate office and after 30 minutes or so they said that our homeowners association had cancelled our service.  When I spoke with the homeowners association they said they had not cancelled and were still receiving service.
They will not restart our service without charging $35 to reinstate.  They have not corresponded with us regarding any of these problems and were not helpful on the phone.  If it weren't so hard to find garbage collectors in our area I would not go back to them.

They did price match when I said I found service less expensive then they raised the price again the next billing cycle so I am changing

I called and spoke to a sales rep and they were very nice as well as helpful. She looked up the town i live in but said that unless i lived in the town limits, I couldn't get recycling service. They still offered to set up the service over the phone but I went with another company. Still very professional and helpful

They're professional and they are on time. They're good and they take anything that I put out.

They do a good job, they take what they are suppose to, and I have been very pleased with the service!
