Cyndee arrived on time and ready to tackle our home. Having had a baby recently - my housecleaning has fallen by the wayside and Cyndee's exceptional work alleviated so much stress from my day. Floors, countertops and baths were all left spotless. But Cyndee goes above and beyond - checking air filters, cleaning the fridge shelves, deep cleaning the washing machine, removing dog hair from furniture and getting rid of gunk from faucets / drains. Cyndee and her staff also always make sure to give me helpful tips and advice to help me with cleaning after they have left. Their company is called 'Stress Free Cleaning' for a very good reason. I highly recommend you give them a call.

At first, she was great. But as the months went by, her work went down hill fast. The hardwood floors were regularly left with a lot of dirt along the baseboards, to the point where I had to get a broom and dustpan and clean up after I got home from a long day at work. My white bathtub and showers started to turn brownish-orange (I thought something was wrong with them). I scratched the surface with my fingernail and a stark, white line appeared. When I asked her what she was using to clean them, she stated she was using my wipes that I leave under the sink (we had a clear pre-arrangement that she was supposed to be scrubbing them with Scrubbing Bubbles and a scrub brush). She said that for the floors she would use the microfiber mop and special wood floor spray that I provided, but it was clear she didn't. The guest bathroom floor was rarely cleaned properly because urine spots were almost always left. When I addressed my concerns with her, she would offer to come back and clean what she missed, but I didn't have the time for her to re-clean especially when I was expecting company.







If I was not home from work yet, she would put my teenagers to work helping her out because she was in a hurry (of course, without compensation).







Like I said, she was great at first. However as the year went by and summer came, it was clear that my house was not a priority compared to her commitments with summer rentals. She started complaining that she didn't have time to do a proper job and that if it was all right with me, she would come back later in the week and finish. It was clear it was time for us to part ways.







I recommend her for one-time cleans, but be careful with long time arrangements.

Excellent! Cindy is hardworking, honest and extremely caring. She did a very thorough job on a very dirty house. I would never hire anyone else! She is simply the best.

They were supposed to clean everything down 'cause I just moved in to a new place and they messed it out. I went in and checked it but they didn't get coverage and they messed a lot of it. When I called her to tell her to come back and she never did.

I was impressed from the first time I used Cyndee and her team. She is arrives on time and does not rush through the house. I asked for an initial "deep cleaning" and then for them to follow up every other week. All of the bathrooms are cleaned very well, bed sheets are changed, all furniture & baseboards are dusted and wiped. My oven and microwave are always cleaned very well too.  Cyndee is also very sweet with our animals and children. I feel very satisfied knowing someone can be in my home and I can trust them! Highly recommended!!

Not only did Cyndee accommodate a late request for cleaning services during peak summer season, her work was impeccable. I shared with her some past poor experiences with cleaning companies and advised her the things I needed her to pay particular attention to. She delivered on all levels, not only arriving promptly, but agreeing to return at a later time as our guests did not leave at the time they were scheduled to do so. The condo was pristine by the time her team was finished. I will definitely be utilizing Stress Free Cleaning services in the future!

Great! They came out the day I called to give a free estimate. After the job was done there were a couple things missed. I called her and she came out right away and fixed the issue.

I couldn't ask for a more efficient and friendly experience.  She does a
wonderful job providing for all my home's cleaning needs, including
bathrooms (I have 7!), pet hair removal from my furniture, floor care,
and a spotless kitchen.  I have allergies to many fragrances involved
with cleaning supplies, and she is very thoughtful and responsive to my
requests.  Cyndee will also change the beds, care for the kitty boxes,
and wash my fragile glassware collection.  She will take on special
projects, such as cleaning refrigerators, cleaning ceiling fans, washing
windows, and organizing.  She cleans for weekend rentals, vacations
homes and offices.  She is bonded and insured
