Stress Free Cleaning

Cyndee and our regular cleaner, Crystal, have done an absolutely wonderful job cleaning our townhouse condo after every rental. I never have to worry that the condo won't be clean before the next renters come. They take pride in the work they do and treat my condo like their own. I always receive high reviews after guests stay, and most make a point of pointing out how clean our condo was. Thank you Cyndee & Crystal !!!

It is normal for the renters/guests to wish for a beautiful AND CLEAN place to enjoy their vacation. Unfortunately, the cleaning companies we have tried, rush from rental to rental, missing a lot of things they are supposed to clean. This is why every Saturday my wife and I have been driving to our condo in Bethany beach in order to clean what the cleaners missed, before the arrival of our guests. One Saturday we were unable to do that. When we saw that the time was approaching for our guests to arrive and we had not received a message saying that the cleaning was done, we called Cindy (?). She told us she misread our email and thought we did not need cleaning that day, but she would go and clean, for the last time, as she did not want to work for us anymore. Well, she did not clean. The renters arrived only to find the condo as the previous guests had left it. We had been working well with Cindy for almost 2 seasons, only politely making some comments for improvements from time to time, but she did not like that. So this one time that we totally depended on her to get our condo cleaned, she let us down big time.

Cyndee and her team went into my condo which had not had a proper cleaning - ever in 20 years. The condo had everything: mold, cobwebs, rust and stains to name a few. I left them to do their magic and went out to complete some errands. A few hours later, Cyndee called to tell me they completed the work. When I returned, I walked into a condo that was completely transformed. From the ceiling fans, to the baseboards and all the work in between, a could find no missed areas that were in need of care. Cyndee was very professional and offered her insight into what also needed to be completed that I never thought of. They even removed old items such as rugs and boxes that were damaged by time and wear. When it came to the cost for the service, I was quite surprised and happy with the result. With the amount of work they completed, I was expecting a much higher cost. I would defiantly recommend Stress Free Cleaning for all those that need weekly, monthly or in my case a one time clean to put my condo up for sale.

Stacie did an excellent job. It was so good to have someone come and clean who really knew how to clean! The experience was totally stress free for my family and we plan to have Stacie clean for us on a regular basis! We have a dog in the house which did not cause any problem at all for Stacie even though our dog likes to know what is going on at all times!
