Rocky Kimbrew contracted with me to install a deep trench septic system. Mr. Kimbrew called me and asked for an advance payment, which I foolishly gave him. No work was done. A few days later, he called and asked for the remainder of the agreed-upon payment, which I also foolishly gave him. In return, Mr. Kimbrew drove his truck into my driveway with a septic tank on it. The truck remained in my driveway for about three or four months. Finally, Mr. Kimbrew apparently needed his truck for another job and installed the tank, but not the drain field. I had to hook up the tank to my waste pipe myself. It has been many years, and I still don't have a drain field. I have been cheated and still don't have a drain field. A couple of years ago I calculated how much money Mr. Kimbrew would owe me if I had considered the money I gave him as a business loan at normal business loan rates. It is now well over $10,000. Don't be a fool like I was and deal with this contractor!
