cell phone service
+ -1 moreThe service is good. Verizon's billing is terrible. They are supposed to give you a discount on one and not the other. We have one bill where we have to send a check and the other can be done online. Their network is great. They were reasonably good on responsiveness.

+ 0 moreWe have had them for ages.We haven’t really had too many issues. We pay a bill monthly. This is not a complaint, but sometimes there are charges on the bill we don’t really understand.
