St Charles At Olde Court

The leasing process with St Charles At Olde Court was very easy, their maintenance is very good, they normally have very good emergency services, like when it is very hot outside and the air conditioning is out, they normally come within a couple of hours and it is normally fixed right then. The only negative that I can think about here is that it is technically a gated community, we do have a gate entrance but sometimes the attendants there don't do their job so it is only like perceived security. There are couple of good attendants there and there are some who just sit there on their phones and leave the gates open. I haven't had any problems with the management, they do come in and do periodic inspections just to make sure there is nothing wrong with anything, or if they find something wrong maintenance wise, they offer to fix it if we want someone to come and look at it. They have preety strict rules about the outdoor area as to what you can and cannot have out on the patio area but that is not too bad, it just has to be out door appropriate. They do allow pets, but they require a sizeable deposit and then you pay every month. There is a lot of young families, a lot of children around, most of the people in our building are adults and there is only 1 child and we barely hear them and if they are walking past our apartment, we hear them but when they are upstairs, we don't hear them and nobody hears us, so it is very good sound proofing, so we don't hear much.
