Pikesville Shell

Said it would be an hour. Checked with them at an hour and five; said it would be 15 more. Checked with them in 25; said it would be 15 more. It was about 25 more. When I got my car back, it was obvious that someone had been smoking in it. Also, my car alarm wouldn't set. I informed the shop owner, who adjusted something under the hood; then the alarm worked again. Just overall creepy. I've just moved here; I trust you with my car; you have my address; and suddenly my alarm doesn't work. Totally creepy.

Drove in with an almost flat tire. Although busy, they immediately checked the tire, pulled it off the car, found and fixed the tire. What could have taken hours waiting for AAA turned out to take 15 minutes. Very Happy!

They have done a good job. I am happy with the work. I worked with a guy names Milton and he was excellent with the work.

Pikesville Shell does not overcharge or suggest unnecessary repair. Their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism are excellent.

They are very nice. I went in to get some gas and he checked my tires. He told me that I should come back tomorrow when he would have the tires in and he would fix them. After taking my car in he took me home and picked me up when it was done.

They didn't have my brand, but they made it work. I also had a bad tire, but they fixed it for me. They are reliable and won't trick you. I know a lot of people that go here.

I couldn't ask for a better service. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and competent.

I TOOK MY CAR IN AND LEFT IT, THEY CALLED ME AFTER SEVERAL HOURS REGARDING REPAIRS NEEDED TO GET INSPECTED. I HAD REPAIRS COMPLETED, WENT BACK AND WAS GIVEN INSPECTION STICKER. PIKESVILLE SHELL WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.
