BEST PRICE, BUT NOT WELL SUPERVISED. LOTS OF EXCUSES FOR NOT COMING ON DAYS THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. CUT CORNERS AT TIMES. I FELT LIKE I HAD TO WATCH TO ENSURE QUALITY. DID AN OKAY JOB, BUT MORE FRUSTRATING THAN NECESSARY.
