Laurie was great to work with. She was. Punctual and flexible with our schedules she did a great job cleaning up after our 2 year old. We initially hired her for a one-time cleaning but have decided to continue working with her bi-weekly.

Laurie is punctual, accommodating with schedule changes, and willing to go above and beyond to add additional areas to be cleaned when need or requested. She has provided product recommendations for our wood floors and new granite counter that have proven to be a God send. We will miss her services in SC.

Laurie has been cleaning our house weekly or bi-weekly for several years, and we have been very pleased with every aspect of her work. She has also watched our cats on occasion (stopping in each day to check on them) when we've been away. First, we trust her completely - she has a code to our doors and alarm system. Enough said? Second, she does great work, and it's really nice to come home after she's been there. We have usual tasks - finishing up laundry, vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen, etc. We also have a pad of paper on which we write notes to each other with additional tasking (change the sheets) or things she's noticed (which is great), etc. Third, she's very professional and responsive. If she needs to change the cleaning date, she lets us know early to arrange a substitute date. If we need to communicate with her, she's quick to respond.

We went through several cleaning services, and time after time we discovered they all had something good to offer, but all fell short of the ideal cleaning service. When we contracted our house cleaning services to Laurie, we saw a big difference. Other cleaning services would always do half the job on parts of our home, but Laurie's service is the best of them all. She is always prompt, and treats our home, as if it were her own. Every inch of our home is spotless, after she is done cleaning. This is the best service around, and we have been completely satisfied for years. Thanks Laurie, you're the BEST!!!!

We've been using Laurie to clean the house for over a year now. She's extremely friendly and fantastic with our hyper dogs. She's done a great job and always communicates if a time needs to change.

We have been using Laurie's service for about 3 months now (every other week). She is easy to deal with, prompt, responsive to texts, and has very competitive rates. She does whatever is needed on the day of service be it kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, windows, etc. Because she is a busy one-woman operation with many clients, a consistent time slot was challenging at first but she was able to accommodate us based on our needs. It is nice dealing with the owner directly rather than having to go through a larger company or 'manager' to get things done. We are very happy with her thorough service.

We began using Laurie for housecleaning in September 2012. She is punctual, efficient, and trustworthy. Overall she performs excellent work. She worked with us to develop a cleaning schedule and plan that met our needs without being too expensive.

Laurie was 15 minutes early so she could get all her supplies in for cleaning and worked all day with a half house lunch, cleaning our home. We have 2 dogs that shed so she had her work cut out for her but did a great job.

Laurie has provided services for me for over 7 years. She is extremely trustworthy and that is important as I travel a lot with my work and she has complete access to my home. I have been telecommuting and when she comes in she goes about her work and does not waste time "chit chatting." I appreciate her work ethic. She is thorough and is always willing to do "extras" if asked (e.g. wash windows). I would recommend her without reservation.

Laurie is excellent. She gave us the best estimate out of the 6 estimates that we received for our house cleaning. If she misses something minor, I just email her to let her know & she gets it the next time. I completely trust her & have already referred her to a friend. We had a cleaning person before her who charged the same amount but did a terrible job. I can tell that Laurie takes pride in her work. She takes the time to really dot every i and cross every t. I would recommend her to anyone. She's very professional & her rates are very reasonable. We are lucky to have found her. My life is much less stressful since we hired her because I don't have to worry about cleaning my house. She uses organic products if you want her to for no extra charge. It's great that she bring all of her own supplies except for a vacuum. She gets an A+ from us, and we don't give them out easily!
