Their price was standard about 6%.  I liked everything except the real estate agent that we dealt with.  We kind of had a personality conflict with that agent.  He seemed like he understood what we wanted at first.  But it took several visits to several different houses to understand what we were really looking for.  Another usual thing was that he worked with another real estate agent.  He didn’t really tell us that upfront.  So we were dealing with that other agent as well.  They worked as a pair and whoever was available takes the clients around.  If he had told us that upfront, we would have been fine with it.  But it just seemed like he tossed us off.  He found a house and made an offer.  He did a good job negotiating the offer.  We accepted the counter offer which he advised us to do.
