They were on time. Very matter of fact...they had other houses to do. They asked if I wanted the main line cleaned also...which is the main vent leading directly from the furnace. I asked how much and they quoted an additional $350. I turned it down. I observed them while doing the cleaning and I thought they did a thorough job. The hose was extended 10 - 15 feet down each vent. They were quick and polite, but once I indicated that I did not want to spend the extra $350, they cleared out pretty quickly.

Terribly. They got there, wiped out a dryer vent and apparently started cleaning a few of the vents, then they told my wife (as I wasn't home at the time), that "We had extensive mold and that we should do another $1,000 worth of services". My wife called me and put me on the phone with the tech, who proceeded to tell me that "My baby was breathing mold 24/7 and that I absolutely had to have the ducts cleaned and sanitized immediately". When I told him to do what we had paid for him to do and to leave, the price magically dropped by 50%, and they left a quote with my wife for $500 to do the remaining work. I've since been researching other companies, and have found SEVERAL reputable companies to do the work for considerably less.

I hired this contractor originally to clean my heating and a/c duct work and my dryer vent.  I was able to get an appointment within a few days.   They called the day before to confirm my appointment and give me a window of time they would come.  The day of, the contractor called me to confirm the time frame between 11 and 1 and later called a second time to give me a more specific time of 1 p.m.  The arrived on time.  The contractor inspected my furnace and said that my vents did not need a cleaning  He could clean the vent covers if I wanted but he wanted to be honest that I did not need any cleaning.  I then had him clean my dryer vent.  He did this from my vent with a large hose.  The machine stayed outside.  They did not make a mess and put my dryer cap back on.  Since I have a second floor condo the dryer and washer are stacked and I was glad to see they put the vent back on the way it was supposed to be.  As I originally was going to get the duct work and vents cleaned I asked about a price for just the dryer vent before contracting with him.  They offered me the coupon price of $29 for the dryer vent.  While they were here my neighbor downstairs had them clean his dryer vent.  He is on the first floor so they ran their vacuum from the outside vent.  He suggested I clean dryer vents every year for safety reasons.  I would hire them again.
