It was like picking teeth. Contract had to b revised several times. No scheduled notice of start- was surprising. Did not tell that so much was being subbed out. Never available to talk, rarely inspected work thoroughly. The interior ceiling sheetrock work, walls was atrocious, even after repeatedly "correcting " it. Truck tires tore up lawn. His employees dropping personal furniture in our dumpster...so much wrong. Had to get most redone, finished etc. Extremely disappointed.
