My camera was fixed on the spot--no waiting, no charge! Another shop said they did not work on Olympus cameras, that I had to deal directly with Olympus. Another shop that did look at the camera said the problem was an internal focus problem. All it needed was a quick setting adjustment!

They tradesd our lens with a new one, and charged us $100 which we thought was a fair price. They diagnosed the issue immediately and took care of it that day. We are happy with the service.

Vendor replaced the cmos chip, it work fine for me, I gave the camera to my son-in-law shortly after fixing it since I bought a new one.

The lady working with customers was Russian and had a very strong accent. She was a pleasant and a very sweet lady. Camera fixed and working fine.

Took my NIKON in because it was acting flakey. The store heked it out while I waited found nothing that prevented it from taking pitures and harged me nothing for heir time.

I was preparing for a long trip and, at the worst possible time, my Nikon DSLR developed a minor glitch that would have ruined my pictures. Lev shook his head but took the camera and, by the next morning, it was perfect - and cleaner than it has been since I got it.

They do their own repairs on site. I did not have to mail my camera away, that was the best part. They were conveniently located. They were very professional they got back to me very quickly of the waht the cost would be. It was just a good experience.
