Appliance Repair
The serviceman was friendly, prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Service call was just when they said it would be.

I FELT THAT THE REPAIRMAN WAS NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS. HE KNEW THE MOTOR COUPLER WAS NOT WORKING. I WANTED TO KNOW THE AGE OF THE MACHINE TO DETERMINE IF THE REPAIR WAS WORTH IT OR IF I SHOULD BUY A NEW APPLIANCE. HE INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS NOT A VERY OLD MACHINE. IT WAS LEFT IN THE HOUSE WHEN WE MOVED IN, SO WE ARE NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNERS. AFTER EVERYTHING, I FOUND OUT THE MACHINE WAS 13 YEARS OLD, AND THE LIFE EXPECTANCY OF THESE APPLIANCES ARE 12 TO 13 YEARS. I ALSO FOUND HIM TO BE VERY RUDE.
