We Hired All Pest K9 for several customers of ours that needed verification that either they had bed bugs to begin with or that our treatment for existing bed bugs was successful. We also had them perform entire sweeps of a building after a bed bug infestation had possibly spread in a large nursing home community. They were fantastic in every case and it is really great to see their dogs at work! All of the handlers are friendly and informative so we are extremely happy with their service and would recommend to anyone looking for bed bug detection, they are great at what they do!

We were away for holiday and when we got back we suspected we may have brought back bedbugs with us. We called All Pest K9 (The Bed Bug Hunter) and they came out right away hence it was New Years Day they were working!! The company was very professional, the dog was very friendly. We were very happy with the services and would highly recommend them. They do not treat so we knew they were being honest and not going to "try to find anything" so they can after sell us a treatment. Five Star Service!!

All Pest K9 was incredibly receptive to our needs. Josh initially recommended we gather more data from our previous inspector to ensure that a canine technician was indeed necessary, a step I very much appreciated as I did not feel rushed into paying for something I may not need. Once we determined it was indeed necessary, they were able to send a technician within a few days. I walked through the house with the technician (and canine Nemo) and was impressed by the results. Nemo alerted only once in the room where we were suspicious, and the technician was able to find live bed bugs within three feet of the location. We swept through the rest of the house and I was relieved to find Nemo did not seem concerned. Having this level of confidence in location and knowing that we've caught this infestation at an early stage is incredibly helpful in dispelling any doubt that we were rushing into a treatment that may ultimately have been unnecessary. Cannot recommend highly enough!

They did not find bed bugs but pointed out we had a lot of spiders. After we got rid of the spiders, we did not experience any more bites.

Josh runs a very unique and helpful service! Came home for family vacation and we thought we brought home some unwanted baggage! Instead of paying a terminator to spray "just in case" and put all those harsh chemicals, I called K9 pest control. Josh answered very quickly, and set an appointment that week. Communication was excellent the whole time. Gave me a price to search our 3 floor house, and came with his nifty highly trained dog to find out once and for all of I really had bed bugs. Luckily, it was just in our heads and our home was clean. The peace of mind it brought was well worth the money. Would highly recommended!

When I was out of town I was bit several times and found signs of Bed Bugs where I was staying, needless to say I panicked. From the time I got back I wasn’t able to have a good night’s sleep. With all the Bed Bug news I was uneasy and didn’t know what to do. I wanted someone with specifically Bed Bug inspection experience and I felt better about this company since they only inspect for Bed Bugs. My friend recommended I call this company as both he and his parents had used them. They calmed me down over the phone and setup an appointment promptly. The technician called me before he arrived, explained the process fully, and let me watch as they inspected the home, other companies had told me I would need to leave during the inspection. When he was done, I felt so much better and haven’t been worried since. It was an eye opening, educational experience. If I’m every worried again I will be a repeat customer. P.S. I had noticed a bed bug on the hotel sheets when I was getting ready to depart from a Holiday Inn. After getting home, I was concerned that I might have taken a few stowaways with me. After reviewing in Angie's List, I called All Pest K9 Unit to inspect my home. After speaking with Josh, he was able to come out quickly and perform the inspection. He brought with him two trained dogs and let me choose which one, in his truck, to use. Each dog has a unique style and personality. The inspection was thorough and he explained everything I ever wanted to know about bed bugs and K9 searches. He even showed me a control where the dogs were rewarded for finding the bed bugs. After the inspection, I felt confident that my home did not have any critters. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a comprehensive bed bug inspection, timely and friendly service.

Though pricey, it went well. They were punctual, professional, and thorough. Heat treatment requires a lot of prep work, and they basically turn your house upside down, so you have to put it all back together when they're done too. I recommend springing for a cleaning service once you've put all your clothes and furniture back in place. There is a lot of dust stirred up by the fans. Still, we have not had the bedbugs come back. We asked about having them come out for a follow-up inspection to make sure the bedbugs were gone. They did not respond.

Went very well. Dog and trainer arrived on time and made a thorough inspection of my house and found

Team arrived on time. Very pleasant and thorough. We'd had an infestation 3 months before, had the infestation treated by another company who gave a 60 day warranty. Called in All pest K9 as independent tester to make sure we were all clear of bugs.
After their search they declared us all clear.
They certainly seemed very thorough and tried hard to find bugs but didn't.
We won't truly know for a year whether their search for live eggs was thorough enough, but are satisfied they did their best.

After a friend got bedbugs, and I had a few suspicious bites, we called All Pest to come and check the house. I was so convinced we had bedbugs, but after a careful inspection with Scruffy the dog Dawn put my fears to rest. It was very quick and easy, and we would definitely call them again if need be.

She came in and walked around the unit with the dog, The ystarted in the bed room and the nemo (the dog) walked around my bed and the rear wall where the bed was against. They also checked the living room and couch. The rep explained to me that Nemo would get excited if he smelled any bed bugs. Nemo was calm cool and collected, so NO BED BUGS FOR ME!! It was great to have that assurance before I moved to my new home.

I called All Pest K9 when my kids came home from sleep away camp. I wanted to get my house checked for bed bugs and it was a good thing I did. They were so easy to work with and so nice. Their prices are the best around. I was really impressed with them overall from the customer service to the politeness and of course they did an excellent job of making sure I would be happy and my home would be bed bug free!!I highly recommend All Pest K9!

From making the appointment to the technician showing up on time it was as good of an experience as one could ask for when dealing with the uncertainty of bed bugs.
