You will be thrilled with the results when you work with Cindy from Aim 4 Order, and your collaboration doesn’t end once your project is over. I worked with Cindy to organize my basement and what an incredible job she did! She helped me get rid of years of files (stored for far too long!), part with many books and childhood items I had long outgrown, and sort through other random items that somehow ended up in my basement. At the end of our time together, I had many bags of recycling, piles for shredding and more than 10 bags of items to donate, which Cindy hauled away and donated on my behalf (sending me the receipt). Cindy is not only a hard and fast worker, she’s thoughtful and gently nudges you while allowing you to make the decision on what to keep or toss, which I appreciated. We accomplished so much in our time together. She is also great about keeping in touch after your project is over—sending fantastic, informative and motivating newsletters, answering any questions I may have, and encouraging me along the way to keep going on my various projects. I highly recommend Cindy for any of your organizing needs.

Cindy is great to work with. She is patient and nonjudgmental about the clutter and mess I have accumulated. Each session, I end up getting rid of bags and bags of donations, trash, and recycling. One of the best things that happened to me was working with Cindy. She is AMAZING. I mean it. If you have problems organizing your stuff and your life, do yourself a favor and work with Cindy. Cindy has been amazing to work with. She methodically, patiently and kindly sat with me and sorted through "stuff". I was extremely depressed when she first started working with me. After two months, my depression gradually lifted, as the mountain of clutter became less. She taught me how to sort. She taught me to approach a section of a room and stay focused on that to work through it. In addition, Cindy provided invaluable tips and resources. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Worth every penny!

Cindy from Aim 4 Order did such an incredible job! I was so impressed by Cindy and highly recommend her for any job you have--whether you want to clear out your garage or basement, organize your kitchen, downsize to a smaller place, Cindy will help you get the job done! From our online interactions, to scheduling the appointment, to the work itself--Cindy was such a hardworking professional! When Cindy arrived she got right to work. I wanted to organize my basement and go through the many boxes that had been there for years and figure out what to keep, donate or toss. Cindy didn't hesitate and opened a box and asked me about the first item she pulled from the box. She allowed me the time I needed to decide what to do with each item and for things I wasn't sure about we kept a separate pile. Cindy was kind and patient as we worked through the many boxes. She also has a great sense of humor and fantastic ideas on how to organize the items that I planned to keep. It was just the jump start I needed to tackle this project that had been weighing on me for years! We got so much done during our 3.5 hours of working together--many bags of trash, 11 bags of donation items and piles of papers to shred. And a great bonus is that Cindy hauls the donations away to drop off and sends you the receipt! She also left a clear roadmap on how I could continue the project on my own, and has even checks in to see how things are going. If you have a project--large or small--that you've been wanting to do for a while, I say don't hesitate! Hire Cindy! I've already referred her services to several friends. I look forward to hiring Cindy in the future for other projects.

Cindy Bernstein and Aim 4 Order was a god-send. Our basement, half finished and half un-finished, has been neglected for years filled with more junk, trash, and clutter than we could even bear to look at. It was time to get it in order so we could again use it as a rec room and work area. It was a bit daunting and we really had no idea where to begin. It seemed overwhelming! Cindy came in and made the entire project doable and worth our while. She had us do it in small steps with her. She had us classify items as keep, donate, or trash. The items to trash or donate she took with her so they no longer sat around waiting for us to get the "energy" to do so ourselves. Some items she arranged to have sold on ebay. Others she took to a store which sold them for non-profit organizations. She had a list of professionals we could consult to take things to the dump when we had large collections. Cindy understood our reluctance to part with many items that we had collected over the years and were hanging on to for no good reason. She scheduled our work for 2-hour sessions due to our physical limitations and was very considerate of our concerns. She did much of the work herself, lifting, packaging, removing, and then reorganizing what we kept into manageable and useful storage. I had not looked forward to tackling the basement but Cindy made it all so effortless and we saw instant results as she removed decades worth of items no longer useful or used. She was patient and kind about our reluctance to part with 'things' and let us come to our own decisions giving us time to think about what goes and what stayed. She was respectful of our belongings and helpful in suggesting how to downsize our decades worth of accumulations. What we got was a basement that breathed again, freeing up most of the space and making it much more useful again. I highly recommend "Aim For Order" and will definitely use this wonderful service again when it comes time to move. Cindy Bernstein is an excellent organizer!

I hired Cindy to help me! She motivate and energized me to tackle this enormous job! 35 yrs of storage. Cindy has a positive attitude, encouraging all the way! A true joy to work with. After days of hard work, we did it! Cindy donated many items and returned with receipt for my tax purposes. Also hauled away trash. Our next job is the garage! My basement is now empty, with the exception of one small storage room. A wonderful experience, from a job I dreaded even thinking about! Thank you, Cindy!

We had 4 days to move and we hadn't packed one box. Cindy and her crew came in, packed us up in record time, managed the movers on day 4, and unpacked our bedroom so we'd have a comfortable room for the first night. Additionally, even though it wasn't her job, she listened and empathized as I mentally & emotionally processed what was happening (the move was sudden and we were escaping a highly toxic environment with the ex-roommate). Cindy and her crew were invaluable and I will absolutely hire them again!

It is going fantastic! I cannot believe how much Cindy can get done in a three hour time period. Also I have had a lot of sickness, and she is working around my schedule and never makes me feel bad about having to reschedule. She is also going to help move my mother into a nursing home, which I have been very anxious about. When Cindy says she will help you, she means it from her heart. I feel very lucky to have found her, and she is a blessing in my life. We are still working, and I know everything will get completed in due time. Cindy relieves the stress that comes with life's worries.

It has been wonderful. Cindy works hard, understands her clients and knows when it's difficult to make decisions or to part with something. She has a lot of energy and spirit that makes the work fun. I wish I had pictures to show the difference, but I don't. The space has gone from being unsafe to move around to neat and orderly.

Without Cindy I would never have thrown away medical records from 15 years ago, as well as all the other stuff. I would ask her if I should throw something out and she would point to the shredder box. Five hours by and in that time files were made and everything sorted out. In addition she is a real pleasure to work with. She is calm, self-assured, paient, very smart and kind. I would never got this done without her. HIRE HER YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.

Wonderfully. Cindi was uber professional in her timely communications and Rebecca was a master at moving through our garage and quickly sorting and organizing. She was prompt and very pleasant to work with. We were able to clear out the entire garage and several other areas. Time flew by and the end result was exhilarating. We will definitely have AIM 4 Order back to assist with other areas of our house. Cindi also help arrange her hauler helper to pick up a set of appliances at a local store prior to coming to haul away some of the larger items. Very helpful!

Cindy was PHENOMENAL!! She was on time and ready to go. She made me feel comfortable that I was not the cleanest person. Sessions with Cindy are terrific. She is both professional and personable. She really knows what she is doing. It certainly helps if the client can identify particular projects in the house.
We have worked in my study/studio and the large closet in there; the living//dining room and the large closet in there; the kitchen; and the master bedroom. She has a great system to manage paper, including paying and filing bills. She also really knows what needs to be saved, what can be recycled, and what needs to be shredded.
I highly recommend her. We get a lot done, and have fun while doing it!

As always happens when we call Cindy, she came in and sized up the situation very quickly. The key to doing this type of work is to not get bogged down thinking about individual items and this is what Cindy does so well. She keeps everyone on track so that decisions keep getting made so the project can get finished. It is very tiring making decisions about old historical family items but Cindy has a way of coaxing us along in a very friendly and sweet way so we got everything decided in a short amount of time. Without her we would just be sitting in the storage room moving things from side to side, but because she kept us focused on the goal and gave us tips and techniques for making our decisions, we were able to make progress fast instead of wasting time being indecisive. Cindy is also very strong physically and jumps right in to help move boxes, etc. After all the decisions are made, Cindy has the contacts needed for donating or selling unwanted items and she actually removed some of our unwanted items herself so we did not need to hire someone else to do that. The best way I can sum up AIM 4 ORDER is that Cindy will make a project you thought would be weeks of torture go by in a couple of days. She is that good!

.Cindy came in on very short notice into the middle of a whole house renovation. I had 50 years of stuff and I was stuck, not letting go of things. Cindy came in the middle of the chaos and got started...she kindly let me know that we could do this. She never made it a forced activity...I looked forward to each session because it was pleasant and productive. She is a rare find that you can trust, and I will be moving forward on more projects in the near future with Cindy / Aim for Order as my only choice!

Cindy was great! Her ideas were very helpful and we finished the kitchen in the time she was there. She jumped right in helping me unpack and took a leadership approach to organizing/sorting. She gave great advice and was instrumental in helping me get the job done. She also offered to take away any of the items I didn't want anymore. I would definitely recommend her!
