Once during his visit, I told him about a spot he didn't get up. He said it wouldn't come out. His big equipment was brought into my home and he used my bath to get water to fill the container. I didn't like that, but said nothing. He seemed in a hurry and unfamiliar with carpet cleaning. After he left I noticed many areas of the carpet were laden with water and spots. I called Ace, the lady said I should have called before he left. I asked to speak with the manager, he wasn't in. Over the next few days I called several times a day to speak with manager. Always promised he would call back. I reinterated my problem with each call. I finally got Carol at the 410 # who was sympathetic and arranged app't for someone else to come redo the carpets. I stayed home that day and the man never arrived. I called Carol and told her. I lost the $, never heard from the manager. Just horrible service. I couldn't find an address or website, only ads in the PENNYSAVER.
