A+ Computer Repair & Recovery

The computer was a mess as software was not functioning properly due to over 14 major software issues.  Contacted P. C. Troubles Inc. to schedule repair.  The initial contact was not only professional and courteous, but was informative.  The conversation enabled me to better understand the general underlying cause of my software issues. I was able to make a more informed and cost effective choice of the level of service required.  My computer was picked-up the following morning and returned the same day.  I was most surprised and delighted in the difference in the computer's operation.  All the problems I had brought to their attention had been corrected in addition to several discovered during repair.  On return of the computer, Tom walked me through the repairs and upgrades made to my computer and did not leave until I was totally satisfied with the repairs.  During this time, Tom explained the nature of the software repairs made and walked me through a demonstration of the corrected features.  Tom did not rush through this process.  He was most patient.  Bottom line, Tom offers quality service and reasonable rates.  I will use him in the future and I recommend him unqualifiedly to anyone seeking help with their computer.

I was frantic.  I couldn't get to my files and my regular "n***" couldn't help me. Mike picked up the drive from me on Friday and by Saturday afternoon he was done.  He not only backed up the contents on disk, but was able to get the drive to work again.  I will definitely use him again.  By the way the price was wonderful.

Mike was great!!  I was initially concerned about anyone looking at my laptop since it is my life, but Mike was very professional, showed me and explained what he was doing, made some great suggestions.  I had nothing to worry about.  Mike listened as I explained what the issues were and he looked into them, made tweaks, and the laptop is working great!  I am very happy with Mike's knowledge and service.  I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area that has computer issues - he's great!

OMG! This guy was great! I get nervous about letting people into my computer, even 'professionals', because my computer is my life. This guy (Mike?) was referred to me by my mother-in-law, after he did some stuff for her.
I was devastated, but I wasn't really surprised when my computer died. I was using it for pretty heavy graphics duty projects, which it is not designed to support. It's not exactly a new computer, but I'm not prepared to replace it yet. Best Buy Geek Squad wanted a fortune just to look at it, and I'd have to bring it there and leave it with them for -who knows- how long? This guy actually came to our home within an hour of my call; and not during normal business hours. He knew right away what the problem was, went to his truck to get a part, and had the computer up and running (faster than before) within 1/2 hour! Then, he offered to stay and give it a quick tune-up - for FREE! He installed a few FREE spyware and malware programs after I told him how I use my computer, and the problems I had been having.
I waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure his work was what I needed, and that I didn't have to call him back 7 times to fix the work he already 'fixed'. My computer has never worked this well - ok, maybe when it was right out of the box .I've referred him to a few friends and family members - everyone has been really happy with what he did for them. He told me he is particularly good at finding lost data that others can't retrieve, but I haven't used him for that (yet...?)
I have his number on my speeddial now. Very, very pleased!
