My rental property where my prior tenant had vacated needed much work as well as a new tenant. Drew brought his team in and beautifully "turned" my unit over, published professional photos and had the unit back on lease inside 6 weeks. It was much faster and much more of a professional finish than I could have achieved on my own. My rental income is now greater even after Drew's Management fees. Drew is extremely professional as well as punctual. He is very good at setting realistic expectations and exceeding them. I highly recommend TRES.

We had a terrible experience working with Towson Real Estate Services, Inc. They executed a rental agreement with our tenant without attaining our final approval of the details of the lease. As a result, all the conditions we wanted included in the lease were excluded. This group also charged us repeat handling fees up to $150 for unnecessary charges. They held our rent payment for over one month and only released it after numerous heated conversations. The most ridiculous thing that happened was that they refused to let us terminate our contract with them, even after we sent them a voided lease between them and our renters. We reached out to this group trying to simplify our life, instead we were met with unprofessional, rude behavior that actually made the whole situation very stressful for our family. Run away form this group, Drew McQuaid in particular, as fast as you can!
