+ -1 moreTom Mooney is a cheat. He refuse to pay the rent (he is two months behind) he owes.. Do not trust him.
Description of Work: I rented Tom Mooney my house to Tom and his brother Tim. Halfway through the lease he refused to pay the rent saying it was his brother's responsibility. But since his name is still on the lease he is responsible and his problem with his brother is his problem not mine. Do not trust a realtor who refuses to pay his own rent. I only leased to his brother, who had terrible credit, because he signed the lease.
