Great! Kevin Ayres, President of this company, took his time and identified a couple of problem areas where the patio met the foundation and made suggestions before continuing to raise the patio in these areas. He was very professional, helpful and nice. He and his crewmember cleaned up the area and I could not tell they were there, except for having a level patio now. I am so glad I decided on mudjacking with concrete mud combination vice poly foam jacking. The price of poly foam is more and I did not know how much would be used under the slab, so there was no controlling the cost per poly foam companies. Plus, poly foam is a faster process; I was concerned this product could widen the cracks.

Jobs were all compeleted in the same day - very little mess. All jobs were completed to our satisfaction. These are not the wow factor jobs - just basic needs... step needs to be a step not match walkway! Pleasant and worked quickly - no sitting around or on the cell phone!

I would say be very careful when getting this done. The job was going well until one section of slab got jacked up real high. After it is done it's all over. The contractor jacked another section to match it up, but now it is too high and actually slopes up like curved. Due to this, I am replacing the driveway. Whereas this has the potential to fix a problem, it can go wrong. Money may be better spent in the end replacing a section of whatever has sunk. It depends on your situation of course. Just think about it. Contractor was nice enough but doesn't talk to you much about the job. I think he would if you engaged him, which I'm not great at. Red mud stuff on curb down street. They were punctual and courteous.

Our front steps had settled and were sitting well below their original height. Basically, we almost had to climb onto our porch. The slab jacking was quick and efficient. No mess, no fuss.

Kevin and his crew were fantastic.  Kevin came to our home when were were not here to give us a quote on the slab jacking services.  He gave us a price and arranged a time to come do the work.  He and his crew came on time.  Originally he was going to raise only a couple of the slabs but when we got home he raised more than originally stated, not complaining it looked great!  Due to it raining slightly he wasn't able to fill in the holes with concrete so he stated he would come back on a nicer day to complete the job.  He came out as promised and filled in the holes and even filled in the gap between the slab and our front stoop.  Kevin did more work that we expected and the price was great.  Would highly recommend Jacksonville Contracting Company and would definitely use them again.

After searching on Angie's list for a concrete contractor, I sent an email asking if someone could give me an estimate of correcting some concrete in my backyard.  I received an reply within a few hours saying the would be happy to send someone out. A few days later I received another email with the estimate which included correcting the stairs which I was not even thinking about.  A couple of weeks after I approved the work they came out and did exactly what they said they would do and left.  It was a positive experience and my concrete looks much better.

I have a slab jack around here. I don't think he was on Angie's List. The name of the slab-jacker is Jacksonville Contracting Company. I think he did a really good job. He was prompt. He showed up when he was supposed to show up. He communicated with us when he was doing his work out there and we were really satisfied with his performance. The work he did turned out great. We never got another price. I guess his price was fair.
