FLAWLESS FLOORS

I love my floors! I worked with Mike and his team from the start. They were quick to respond to all of my questions, very easy to work with and schedule, plus made the whole process incredibly easy for me and my family. Their prices are very reasonable, and the finished product truly is flawless! 10/10 would recommend this company!

Did excellent job. Able to begin work quickly. Scheduled work so that work could be done in quickest time possible with as little interruption as possible to daily life. Always punctual, arrived early, and communicated well progress of work to minimize inconvenience while living in house and having work done.. Took precautions to avoid dust and very clean while doing work.

I removed most of the carpet and most of the carpet tack strips and some of the staples and nails left in the existing hardwood floors.  Flawless Floors pulled remaining tacks and staples and a few nails from living room, dining room, stairs and hallway.  Sanded existing hardwood floors in living room, dining room, stairs and hallway. Repaired one step tread.  Stained floors.  Added trim along baseboards.   Added trim between bedroom carpet and hardwood floors and hardwood floors and bathroom.
They were friendly, reasonably priced and did a great job!

Great.  He was very up front about costs and additional costs due to damage that needed to be repair as opposed to just being sanded. I will call FF when I remove the carpet on the second floor.

They were terrific. The owner was a hands on, on the job guy. He stepped out, wasn't gone for long. Making sure that the job was done. When they set the date and time they were here. They did a very good job. They made it look seamless. It saved us the cost of having to rent a container to put our furniture in, because they moved it. They moved it in a responsible way.

Just recently we had to put my mom into a nursing home, and decided to rent her home to help offset the cost. The issue we encountered was the house was an absolute mess, and the wood flooring throughout the entire first floor was seriously damaged throughout from four cats urinating randomly on the floor. We were quite discouraged when my wife and I walked through the house as the smell from the cat urine was horrific. Mike met us there right on schedule, walked the job with us, and made various recommendations. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and confidant that he
could make it look new again. The job was very complex...urine staining was so bad that several boards needed to be replaced... an entire bedroom needed to be replaced along with the entire subfloor as it had turned black from urine over the years.... To be sure no odor would come through; Mike painted the sub-floor with Kilz odor blocker, and brushed under the wallboard as well. To my wife and my surprise, we were blown away by the finished job... it did in fact look like we had just put new hardwood floors throughout the first floor. The entire job was quite impressive; ...including the workmanship of the trim fitting ...to the fact you couldn’t tell where any
board was replaced, it’s seamless. .. to the fact the cleanup left the house spotless, no dust, trash, or sign they had even been there. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and truly knew what he was doing... and the price was more than fair. Would
highly recommend Mike and Flawless floors to anyone in need of reinvigorating their hardwood floors. Great Job – A+ Rating!

Mike Hipley is awesome. First of all, I doubt you could beat the price for the quality and quantity of the work performed by Mike and his crew. Secondly, Mike was always available for questions and was always sure to contact us after every day of work to provide updates, etc. I can't believe how good our floors look. My wife and I are ecstatic! I HIGHLY recommend Flawless Floors to anyone. You just can't beat them when it comes to professionalism, price, and quality.

From the beginning, Mike was on-time and professional. He clearly cared about his service to us. Each step of the process was explained in detail and his estimate came in between $600-$1200 lower than the other estimates. Work started on time and finished on time (one week). Throughout the entire process, Mike was available for questions via email or cellular phone. It was definitely one of my better, if not best, experience with contractors during the rehab of our new home. I would highly recommend Mike Hipley and Flawless Floors to any friend or family member and will likely use him in the future for any other needs.
