The entire team is very professional from the office personnel to the workers. The team was on time every day. They work with my schedule. They were always in communication even when things did not go as planned They made me aware of my options. The team was very neat. The boss was always present on the job. The overall experience will definitely have me calling them back and recommending them to anyone who has any concrete needs.

Work was done quickly and properly. Every step was explained thoroughly and even when the job became extremely difficult due to unforeseen issues, pricing was fair and work was completed fully. Work was completed in 2018 and I have not have a single issue since. Customer service was professional and work was done with friendly staff. I would recommend them for anyone who is dealing with basement flooding issues, or sump pump installation.

Worldwide Concrete repaired my porch and porch steps. The result was the porch looks better than new! They did the estimate on a Friday and since the company had another job nearby were able to complete the work on the following Monday. The only challenge was they left the porch support up for a couple of days and I had to call the office to get this resolved. The office team has great customer service skills bad this was resolved in a couple of days. The price was slightly less than an estimate I received previously and the work was done above my expectations. I will definitely use this company again.

Repaired a crack in our poured foundation in a neat and timely manner. Their price was better and fulfilled all of our expectations. Not a drop after several heavy rains. We would recommend them.

In summer 2017 had several companies come look at replacing and expanding our driveway, walkway and steps to the front door, including removing overgrown bushes next to the driveway. Many companies stated that they would not replace the concrete steps and concrete by the front door as the support was brick and they felt that in removing the concrete the masonry and bricks would be damaged. Worldwide came in a timely manner and provided an acceptable price for the extensive work. The job was estimated to take about 3 days and was finished on Monday, September 25. The steps and walkway were poured in one group without a seem between and a crack appeared on 9/29 (Friday) running all the way across where the bottom step joined the walkway as well as jaggedly up the riser/vertical part of the step. I called on Monday, October 2 and was told that someone would come by to look at it and contact me. I called on October 9 as no one had contacted me and was told someone would come on October 10. An employee came by and said that he would talk to the owner about the best way to address this (cut and make an expansion or to replace the walkway slab). I continued to call several time through the next month and at that point was told to wait through the winter and see if the crack got larger. I had not heard anything through spring (and due to various family health issues was unable to follow up until summer break in July). I have been told that someone would come out to fix but that has yet to happen. I understand that concrete does wear over time but the immediate cracking is ridiculous and should have been remedied quickly. Having spent almost $20,000 this is unacceptable. (If the situation is remedied satisfactorily I will consider revising my review.)

Working with them was a great experience. I was wowed by the design Mr. Wayne came up with. He asked for what we wanted, and then he looked at our backyard conceptualized this beautiful swirly wonderland that I could never have imagined. He came to the table with the intent to get us to have a backyard we'd want to enjoy come summer or winter! In fact, by the time he was done with suggestions, we had a tropical paradise sufficient for tea with royalty. We just did not have enough $$$ for the additional landscaping in the design. We have a major water swell in our backyard. He was able to design a patio that wont affect it. He patiently worked with us on details and gave us the best patio for our money. Their company and product = knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional. Because of the curves from the design, a lot of labor went into building the wall and installing lighting. They took care to do it right and make it pretty. My patio is beautiful. I waited 10+ years and it was worth the wait. Pricing was great.

The company did good work. We hired them in the off season and wet weather.Prices were on the middle range for the bids I received.The project took longer, but it was the weathers fault.

Egress Window installation: The job took approximately 3 days with the dig, window installation and the inspection. The installer was excellent. He answered all the questions that I presented as the work was being done and made sure that I completely understood the process. They did a fantastic job

I was looking to do a patio and a friend referred me to World Wide, I called them set up my appointment the price was good they came out within two days and within two days the job was done, I was very pleased with the work they did a very good job.

Worldwide did a wonderful job. We were very happy with the work that was performed. We installed a concrete pad for a car lift that needed to be leveled, to everyone's surprise it was more detailed than anticipated but the worldwide team leveled it perfectly without issue.
