Wayne was here every morning on time. The job took a little longer than we thought it would but it’s a spare bathroom so we told him it was not a rush job and he could work on it when he could. Also, COVID-19 happened so we were unsure if the work would be considered essential and he didn’t want to start if he had to leave it mid-way through. It was and he started and finished in the middle of it all. His price was lower than the other estimates and his work is top notch. I would def hire again. I LOVE my new bathroom!

Service was so long ago, I don't remember he cost, but we went with them so the price seemed right for us. The work was quicker than I thought it would take and when we became aware that they would have to reroute the shower drain, they did it without charge. The toilets were pressure assisted and they had to search for the ones we wanted, so I would classify them as diligent. Overall it was an excellent experience.

I decided to remodel my kitchen and contacted 3 contractors for estimates. I had purchased my new cabinets through Home Depot, but the contractor that they used I felt was overcharging me on everything except for the installation of the cabinets (which I believe was a negotiated rate with HD). So, I set out to find a contractor that would do the demolition work, reinforcement of my knee wall (I put in Silestone) and fix the drywall cuts from running a new wire into the kitchen. Cost, professionalism, and interaction were my selection criteria. Wayne and I scheduled a time, he listened to what I wanted, and then sent me a reasonably detailed estimate in writing via the mail. While the demolition was taking place, the Home Depot contractor still wouldn't set a start date for my job and pretty much gave me the run around, as well as nickle-and-diming me at every step. As I was happy with the job Wayne and Herb were doing, I decided to ask Wayne for a quote for the remaining job. Again, he listened to what I wanted and then within 24 hours provided me a quote as he knew I was on a tight timeline. He worked his schedule around my timeline and provided me a reasonable estimate, so I decided to hire Wayne to do the remaining work as well and get my piece of mind back. As they were installing the cabinets, Wayne and Herb notified me of some problems, so I had to go back to HD and get them fixed. Wayne and Herb simply finished what they could, and then came out and installed the replacement cabinets and parts when they came - no complaints whatsoever. Also, any minor issues that I had with the install (knobs not aligned, side panel not straight, etc.), they simply arranged a convenient time and came out to fix it. Wayne and Herb always made sure that my kitchen was reasonably clean before leaving every day, and took care to make sure that dust wasn't flying everywhere while they worked. While my neighbors complained about some of my contractors leaving stuff in the hallway or outside the building (I live in a condo), there were no such complaints about Wayne and Herb. In summary, I could not have asked for a better contractor than Wayne and Herb. They were always prompt on the days they scheduled to work, responded quickly to my concerns and requests, and came out as many times as I asked so that I was happy with my new kitchen. They're knowledgable about what they're doing, pay attention to the little things, and overall do a very good job. When interviewing contractors, I met many types - from the one that gives out glossy brochures to the one that writes his estimate on the back of sheet of paper. I would suggest saving your money and keeping your piece of mind by hiring Wayne and Herb.

He seems layed back and does what he is supposed to do in a timely fashion. He's very, very good. I like his layed back attitude, he's never pushy or in a hurry. He'll talk to you about things, what you can or can't do and what you can or can't afford. If you can't afford it then he'll just say we'll do it next time. He's not breathing down your throat to make quick money, he's in it for the long haul. He has a partner to work with when he needs to or he can work on his own. He did a lot of other things in the last project so it was a very good deal for me. Whenever I call and leave a message he'll call me back. He comes over to take a look at things and measure. I will probably have him remodel my kitchen.

They did a great job. They were punctual, professional, and courteous. That took great care to keep the work area clean and free of debris. All 4 bathrooms were finished on time and with no need for follow-up visits. Their price was by far the most reasonable of the estimates we got. They're not particularly flashy; no showroom, no inventory, no large array of options and fixtures to choose from. They'll supply the basics, but if you're willing to hunt down specialty items on your own, they're able to work with them.

The work went extremely well. We communicated on a daily basis, primarily by leaving notes and person to person at least 1X per week. The project went very well as to schedule. it took about 6 weeks and they were on the job every day with the exception of a 3-4 day period in the middle that they scheduled prior to our work. The extras were very minimal and were due to things that we had forgotten prior to starting the job.

The glue that he used on our floor started to leak and ooze out. I should have notified him earlier but he did come out and replace the floor and he did a beautiful job. He cleaned up very neatly and he was in his price range and was very reasonable to me and I would hire him again in a minute. It was not his fault about the glue, it might have been a manufacturing problem. I would recommend him to everyone! He is patient, not pushy, and a wonderful person.
