Chris Panzer, AHIT-trained and certified since 2015, is a Maryland-licensed home inspector. A member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) he has a long history of construction experience, including having worked several years administratively and on the construction sites of Habitat for Humanity, Costa Rica. He prides himself on providing friendly, thorough, engaging home inspections, whether it is for a home you are considering buying or selling. He will show you the home’s components and systems, and offer maintenance tips to keep the house in good working order. Questions are encouraged as you accompany him through the home. A native of Maryland who has lived and worked in Central and South America, he is happy to offer his Spanish-speaking clients quality inspections in Spanish
