Mike called on Saturday and offered to do the job that afternoon for what seemed to be a very reasonable price. He came at the time he said and replace the three vent collars and was done in about an hour. Mike was a clean cut guy who knew what he was doing. I watched him from the ground. He used personal safety equipment while on the roof and took his time and did the job right. There was no preassure sales pitch for additional work. I definately would call Step It Up Construction again if/when I need anything else done. Thank you!

I was impressed with both the quality of the product he used and the care he took to ensure the installation was also of high quality. I was very pleased with the entire process and thought that the price was a fair one. Mike went out the same day to one of my rental properties. Because my tenant complain about water leaking on the top floor ceilings. Mike went up to attic and found no leaks or signs of water coming because of roof. He did this for no charge. And with his can do attitude. I promise to call him for all my jobs that are in his area.
