The tech came out and diagnosed the problem right away. He explained everything he was doing and gave me instructions on how to maintain the pump. Some techs at other companies have a bad attitude about helping you understand how to maintain these systems, but the tech from Premier was great! We've never lived in a home with a well, so the advice was deeply appreciated. We'll definitely call again!

I live in an old house with a jet pump, and believe me it is not easy to find someone with knowledge and know-how to properly diagnose and address problems with them. When my old jet pump seized up, a plumber service wanted an eye-popping amount of cash to replace it. Premier Water knew exactly what I needed and got the job done for a quarter of the price and worked with me and my million questions. Two years later when my pump stopped producing water, Robert took time out of his Saturday to walk me through a diagnosis over the phone and taught me how to re-prime my pump and get water back in my house! That's some incredible service and saved me considerable money and sanity.

I contacted Robert on May 17th.  He was the most responsive service provider that I have ever dealt with.  We traded a few emails, he gave me a price right away, and we arranged for the pump to be replaced on May 20th (it was not an emergency).
He showed up on time and replaced the pump as agreed.
I just wish all service providers were as responsive and professional.
I would not hesitate to use Premier again.

Great! All problems were fixed. We had just purchased the house and had never had a well system before. He showed us everything and told us how we could save money to do things ourselves.

The crew was very professional, explaining what was found and what fixes were required. They worked with dispatch, total time under two hours. They also provided recommendations for homeowner care of system.

Starting in late August 2011, I spent time getting four estimates on Geothermal installation. By late September, I had decided on Love's Heating and Air to be my Geothermal installation contractor. Since Love's prefers to work with Wolfords as the well driller (based on the quality of the drill work), I didn't have a problem with that. I had Wolfords come out to examine my property and pick well locations before they determined the estimate. At this time, they did inform me that they were running about 5 weeks behind between getting new contracts and actually getting them completed. As the temperature in this area is relatively mild up through Thanksgiving, I agreed that that was OK with me because we wouldn't have a huge need for heat per se. So, I signed my Geothermal installation contract on 10/03/11, including the subcontract for Wolfords, and I sat back. About a week or so went by when I found out that due to a paperwork snafu in Love's HVAC, the deposit money to lock in Wolfords and solidify the drill contract hadn't gotten done. When we got that snafu fixed it was roughly around 10/15/11. From that point I assumed the countdown of the five weeks and was thinking installation around the week of Thanksgiving, give or take. Around Thanksgiving we were informed that Well drilling would begin December 5th, about a week later than estimated. Wolfords showed up with the Drill rig on Friday afternoon Dec 2, and was all set up to drill on Monday, Dec 5. Drilling didn't start until Tuesday, because on Monday, enough workers had called out to where there weren't enough to run the rig on our job. Our first well was drilled Dec 6, it rained heavily on Dec 7 and nothing was drilled, our 2nd well was drilled Dec 8, and 3rd well on Dec 9.

I can't say enough about the drill rig crew, very friendly and polite, they worked hard and steady on each of the three days, from early morning to dark, and they respected my yard and property as much as they could. They laid down fiberglass matts on the yard to protect the drill rig from making huge ruts in the yard, and they did as much as they could to minimize the mud mess (which all drill rigs create regardless of who you get). The following week, Monday, Dec 12th, the horizontal pipes were to be installed from the wells to the house by a different two-man crew. This didn't happen until Tuesday Dec 13th, because the reason Monday didn't happen was a laborer on the two-man crew called out. They used a backhoe to dig the trench, and while I wasn't there to observe that day, when I came back in the afternoon, everything was done and they were grooming the yard out and mounding the trench scar with dirt so it can settle properly over time. They also had moved about 20 wheelbarrow loads of excess dirt to a designated spot in my back yard.

I knew about and freely accepted the delays in getting the wells drilled, as Love's HVAC convinced me they did quality drill work, and for me, a stickler for quality, I can't say enough about my experience. I didn't see anything that would cause me to question the work, and frankly, they also worked their butts off while on my particular job.

Overall, I can say that my experience was a postive one, and I would hire Wolford's again in the future if the need arises.

I have had to work with a look of contractors during our home remodel, for just about every service you can think of. Wolfords ranks so low on professionalism that I have to say go else where if you need these services. The service delivery people are very very unfriendly. It was the most painful experience I have had with anyone who has done any type of work for us, yeah the work got done in the end, but they put a lot of effort in to make it an unpleasant experience.

Our well went out on June 30, 2011, and after learning that we needed a new well, we put in a call to Wolford's. The were supposed to come out on July 5th to give us an estimate, but didn't make it until July 7th. At that time, 2 men showed up and looked around our yard without saying much. When we finally asked them what they thought it would cost and when it could be done, they said that they couldn't get to us for 5 to 6 weeks, and that it would probably cost $15,000 to $16,000 at least, and that if they hit rock while drilling and broke a drill bit it would cost an extra $1500 for each new bit. They didn't seem concerned with the fact that we hadn't had water for a week or that it would be 5 or 6 weeks more without water. They suggested that we could try to call some other drilling companies, but that most of them were probably too busy to help us out either. They just didn't seem like they were very interested in our business and so we told them that if we decided to use them we would call. Fortunately, we found someone the next day who was willing to do the job for half the price and in less than a week. I would not recommend this company to anyone interested in work being done in a timely fashion.

I thought that the price that they charged was incredibly reasonable and I was shocked at the price. The work was done in short notice and they provided extremely quick service. The technician explained exactly what happened and why what I thought hadn’t happened. He replaced what he needed to replace. He was extremely knowledgeable. He broke it down so that I could understand as to what he was doing. The price was not all that much. He understood the acidic water that we have and he said that he would not put in the tank that was in there. I was expecting some bigger price and it was about $175 to replace the tank. It started working again after they got the job done. They didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. I wrote his name, number, and the date when he told me to check for the bladder on the tank. He told me what to do in two years and he said it would be fine, but that would be good time to check in order to make sure that everything is good. Moreover, he had installed the original system about 20 years ago and that’s where I got his name from since it was there on the tank that was there. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I had left a message in the evening. They called first thing in the morning and set up a time for that morning. They came on time. Explained the problem well. Gave me a certified price and went to work. They were very pleasant, very efficient and I would totally call them again.

The men came out when they said they would and had no trouble digging the well for us. They had to go down 400 feet because of the radium problems we have in the area. They tested the water and everything came out perfectly.

They were very nice, knowledgeable and helped me over the phone to turn off the water. The office people also were excellent.
