"American Home Shield did not approve the repairs to your dryer. We cannot repair the dryer unless it is approved by AHS first. AHS is supposed to call you and explain to you why they decided not to cover the repair. We have no control over what they cover and what they do not cover. This review is not a fair review to us because the complaint that you have is not something that we did wrong. You should be reviewing AHS, but not Premier Appliance."
