Everything went well. I have no complaints with them. They went to the supply house to pickup the Goodman system that they sold me. They found out when getting to me that the warehouse had put an Amana on the truck and it would cost more. He worked it out with them and it did not end up costing any extra for me.

Neil and his crew did a top notch job. They have been servicing my HVAC system for years. They helped us hobble along on our degrading system until we could afford a new one - then the old one failed to the point of no repair. So they installed a new system just before the first heat wave of the year. The cost was significantly less than other HVAC dealers; I believe the equipment is superior to other brands; the work was exceptional. I hope Neil doesn't retire any time soon because he is one of those guys you know you can trust.

Called for service then they Trouble shot, estimate and repaired 3 day time from call to complete! Went perfect.

I selected ANNE ARUNDEL PENINSULA COOLING & HEATING INC from Angie's list at 9:15.  I called them at 9:20 and spoke with the owner, Neil.  I explained the problem and Neil and Jim arrived 20 minutes later to start work on the problem.  Prior to starting the work they conducted a complete inspection of the furnace configuration and commented on any general service/safety practices I should be following.  They isolated the problem inside of 10 minutes, then installed and tested the new part, conducted several other system tests and cleanings, and verified the furnace was operating correctly.  During this service visit I had all procedural steps explained before any further work was conducted.  All service related questions were answered.  After completing the repairs Neil and Jim remained to answer questions I had about replacing my water heater with a tank-less system and the installation of a remote thermostat switch on my fire place gas log.  Their answers provided both the positive and negative aspects of doing these jobs.  They first inspected my current water heater and advised me on how I could extend its service life.  They also advised me on whether or not it would be cost effective to install a tank-less system before discussing the feasibility of installing the system.  They then took the time to closely inspect my gas log and provided a well thought out plan on its installation complexities as well.  They promised an estimate for both installations would follow within four days.  Their advice clearly demonstrated that both Neil and Jim were well versed in the electrical and plumbing fields.  Safety was always evident in all their explanations and recommendations.  It should also be noted that rather than taking advantage of a quick sale opportunity they took the time to present to their customer alternative options or directed them to other less expensive solutions.  These are characteristics everyone would value from their contractors.  I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future.

From the first call, I felt like I was dealing with someone who cared about me and my situation. They came quickly, gave me a thorough review of my system, and gave me confidence in their skills. They were able to verify information about my unit from the factory, which I did not have since I just bought the place. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic. Their price is fair, their work is stellar, and their contracts save us money not just on bi-annual maintenance but as well as on labor fees should we need intermediate service. But, so far we haven't because they do such a good job when they are here for service.

They did a very good job. They were great. The work got over in one day and the A/c is working fine. I would rate them high overall. I got three bids and their price was the least among them. It was hard to get an appointment with them but they were very responsive once I started talking to them. They only came out once but they were on time. I would use them again in the future.

OUr experience was informative, and useful. Penisula was very knowledgeable and thurough. When done they cleaned up the area.

Neil showed considerable knowledge about all aspects of heating and cooling systems. As a value added service, Neil explained a simple step for improving overall cooling effectiveness. As a business professional with a technical background, I understood everything Neil was saying. Neil was old school in explaining the situation and alternatives; getting back on my questions and then carrying out the work in a timely and professional matter. It was great dealing with a small company where customer service is taken presonnally. I would recommend Peninsula to any of my friends without hesitation.

THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS. THEY SERVICED MY PREVIOUS FURNACE, AND THEY INSTALLED THIS NEW ONE. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE, AND HAVE.
