Northern Craft Construction

It went exceedingly well.  The project was necessary to address a mold problem under an old addition. The joists were resting on deteriorating piers at ground level.  The project had a lot of moving parts and Northern Craft did an exceptional job of devising a solution and executing it.  Bruce Northcraft is very knowledgeable; he seems to have seen it all. He communicates well. He has high integrity and was very transparent about his costs.  His price was fair and the work was expertly done.  Robert, the foreman on our project, was punctual, highly diligent, highly attentive to detail and an absolute pleasure to have around. 
We will definitely use Northern Craft again.  They are now our go-to contractor for all projects.

Thanks, Bruce for a superlative job, as usual.

The concrete work was fine and it's still doing well.  He's done several things for us in the past; we had a bathroom put in, kitchen, front porch, back deck and some concrete work in the garage.  We were really happy with him.  This last time he had another guy coming up every day as a sub and there were a few unfinished things as they lost interest.  It was minor things like finishing the painting on some flooring they replaced and they lost interest all of a sudden, may be something happened but I don't know.  We've been using him since the 90's.  He's very detailed.  We don't negotiate with him, we just pay him whatever he asks for.

It was expensive sheet metal work. He came out and got the job done. He gave us a great deal. He was here every day until he got the job done, no excuses. He did 150% job on it. We were very well satisfied and very highly recommend him. As a matter of fact, we need some more siding done to the back of the church and it was just a no brainer to call him and no one else. I asked him for an estimate and the very next day it was on my desk. We have full confidence in him and that he is taking care of us. He is starting the siding job in about two weeks. We know he is fair and will do a great job. He is very professional, courteous, kind and handles himself well. He is just a good guy.
