"Hello Sorry you didn't receive your photos. I don't recall seeing an email from you. You should have called the office and I would have been happy to resend them to you. The link for all of that day's photos are in the link for you. https://goo.gl/photos/srnMcCsf54oktBYL9 thanks"
"The first time this customer wrote this review was under another persons account. Hmmmm that doesn't seem very honest, does it? The customer who is complaining her gutters were cleaned on May 16th and she was quoted a price and agreed to it. We quote by the job, not by how long it takes. It was raining that day and the guys hit record by accident instead of the button to take photos. She did receive 6 photos. The guys did not lie when they told her they took photos because they did and also the video. Mistakes happen. We explained that to her when she emailed that day. She did not escalate this until I sent an email in June asking where payment was. Now 30 plus days she wants us to come back out and take more photos. I explained that no, we would not do this. There have been many rain and wind storms since May and I do not know what could have blown into her gutters. She is an existing customer and should understand that sometimes people make mistakes. We have new customers where we have dropped a camera and none of them received photos. They all understood that sometimes things happen and were reasonable. If there was a problem with her gutters not working or over flowing I am sure she would have called to complain. We have filed in small claims court for our money. Business Owner should beware of this customer as she does not pay her bills. Nick Rivers is an honest company and we take our reputation very seriously. She is trying to ruin our reputation over a few photos. We are a small company that works hard and we love our customer and employees. This is for potential customers - We have been in business for almost 10 years. We do take before and after photos. Our guys work in rain, extreme heat, they have been stung by bees, found dead animals in gutters and downspouts. It is not glamorous work. We are not perfect and do not claim to be. We love our customers and employees and take care of them. Sometimes accidents happen, we have cleaned the wrong house, we have dropped cameras and broken them, we have broken flower posts, flood lights. When we do these things we make it right because that is who we are. We replaced the broken flower pot, the broken flood light and cleaned the correct house. This lady want the job for free because she didn't get how ever many photos she thought she was entitled to receive. She knows we were there and the service was performed and we want payment."
