They did a horrible job with replacing the cement between the bricks on the side of my house. I am embarrassed with the result. They took my money and ghosted me .

This company is a complete scam. They did sub-par work and have not come out after 21 phone calls and multiple promises to honor their 'warranty'. They will take you money, do poor work, and then ghost you. I can't strongly advise enough against considering using this company. Read the reviews online, call the state and ask about complaints, check the BBB. I now will have to take them to arbitration to get my money back.

This company was contracted by us to remove the old stonewall on the front of the house and put up new stones. We paid the first third of the funds upon signing the contract on 09/16/24. From the get go the communication with this company was sporadic and very unprofessional at best. No one would answer their calls or texts immediately and any information from the Company only came through minimal texting. One morning a team was here and tore down the wall. None of them spoke any English and could not tell us when the new stones would be delivered and put up. This took about a months before the new stones were finally delivered. A new team came and put the stones up in the most unprofessional way. The work looked like a 2 year old completed it. More texts ensued and we stated that we would not complete payment until the work was satisfactorily completed. 2 more weeks passed and another team came back and tore the new stones down. The rubbish is now laying in my front yard!

This was done quite a few years ago. Do not know why it is showing up now.

I hired Mid Atlantic Concrete and Improvement Specialists, LLC to perform patio paver repair, and portico base and column replacement work. Mid Atlantic was quick to solicit a large deposit for work they promised but could not deliver., over $11,000 dollars. After many delays, the work they did do was shoddy and unprofessional. Now, they are virtually refusing to give us a refund, ignoring our certified letter requesting a refund. We heard from a third party that they want to go to binding arbitration -- a potentially costly and time consuming avenue. Terrible communication! Frankly, I believe they just want us to forget our claim, keeping our deposit and doing nothing. I don't understand why they are doing business this way. Maybe Mid-Atlantic used to be a 5-star company, however, they have now transformed into a shell of what they used to be. My warning: Don't do business with them! Find another more reputable company!

Contract signed for Galloway Rd and Dayspring Dr in Odenton. Was told they would be back the following week to show tint color and design for stamped concrete and the work would start two weeks after contract signed. After calling texting and was ultimately told they would be out on Saturday Sept 14th - they never showed nor called. I have been trying to contact them since then but with no response via text or phone call. The lead for the project does not have voice mail set up. I have left a message at the main office number on Monday 9/16 but not response yet.

Quality of work looks to be excellent. They scheduled the job within a few days of my estimate. The job was re-pointing a chimney that was leaking onto inside wall, and I was nervous about the next rainfall. Customer service was excellent as well, with Luke as I recall, and he owned up to reviews that said customer service was poor. He said they had made significant changes in their procesdures, which worked in my case! The job was the lowest of my 3 bids by far, so a win all around.

I'm very pleased with the work that was done. They were professional and did a great job repairing my brick steps. Made a really big improvement in the look of the house, and I don't have to worry about the steps collapsing.

I LOVE my new patio!! We hired Mid-Atlantic Concrete to install a new stamped concrete patio. Will definitely hire again. Our patio is beautiful. Looking forward to fall nights around the fire.

As they were working I kept thinking we definitely hired the right company. Very professional from bid to finished project. I definitely recommend them.

I received a text from Jake on July 10 at 7:53pm stating that a crew would be onsite tomorrow morning. He asked about the color and stamp we wanted. (they never sent the link they were supposed to send, so we could pick the color and stamp) Jake sent the link that night. The contractors came out and we discussed the color of the concrete. I expressed to the rep that I wanted the concrete color to match the base of my house. He explained a particular process that would achieve the desired result. We discussed the building of the steps that were to land on the concrete pad. Per the contract they were supposed to be pressure treated lumber. He stated they could pour concrete steps. I asked if that would necessitate a change to the contract, he said "No, it can be done" They began clearing the ground and the project manager named Jake texted me and asked if I would be home to make a "bridge payment". They Framed and poured the pad. The horror begins. The final product is far from what a conscientious contractor would provide. The customer service is totally abysmal. 1. The quality of the work is totally unacceptable. 2. They poured the pad starting at the base of my house. That was never where the starting point should have been. The steps were supposed to land on the pad. The contractor should have verified the scope of the work. 3. The color of the concrete is far from what was promised. 4. The concrete steps they did pour are poorly formed and slope downward at a 5-degree angle making them unsafe to navigate. There is a boot print on one of the steps. The finish of the concrete looks like a non-professional performed the work. (I will allow the pictures I submit to speak as to the quality of the work) I wonder if they sub-contracted the work to a group of inexperienced workmen just to get the job done. I had another contractor view the steps and pad and all he could do is shake his head. He advised me to contact MHIC and file a complaint. (This will be done) 4. The debris left in my yard after their cleanup is unacceptable. 5. Customer service consists of lies, lies, then more lies. Jake has consistently fabricated stories of a fix and then supposed conversations with the owner. They were supposed to come out to view the problem and then provide a solution. I reached out to Caroline Gonzalez (General Manager) and sent a list of deficiencies and pictures and requested a resolution. No response. She was quick to note that handrails were not part of the "contract" but has had nothing to say regarding the fact that concrete steps were not part of the contract as well. This would not be a problem except for the fact that the steps poorly done and unsafe. They have made my home a joke. 6. In conclusion this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for Mid Atlantic Concrete. I do not want to continue trying to work with them since they are not sincere in their work ethic. They will try to create shortcut resolution that will not be satisfactory. I simply want a refund of $4506.00. Sooner or later they and others like them will answer for the damage and angst they have caused me, my home and family. God does not like ugly.

I had a unique situation where I was expecting 10 family members to visit from out-of-state in the near future and I had to have the deck rebuilt before then. The crew worked hard through some of the sunniest, hottest days of the year, as well as several rainy days. They got the deck tore apart and rebuilt just in time. A crew of 2 came back the day after my family left and stained everything--it took them about a day and a half to finish. My husband and I were very pleased with all the work.

Terrible communication. Their sales rep, Luke, only cared about collecting the deposit, then he stopped having any interest in our project. When they finally came out to do the job, the demoed the existing driveway and then no call no show for 2 days. Front yard was destroyed. Finally came back to pour the driveway and the workmanship is terrible. We have concrete splatter all over our siding, garage doors, and front porch. Three short months later and we have cracking and surface pitting. I've called 3 times now to get the issue resolved and can not get a call back. The lady who answers the phone does not work in the office, she works from home. All she can do is send messages to people in the office. I've asked to talk to the owner 3 times and he has yet to contact me. He has never been to my house to look at the job. I paid them in full so they could not say I did not pay. I have lived up to my end of the contract, they still have not. By law, they have to warranty the job for 1 year. At this point, I would not be surprised if they ignore me for the year and then claim they are off the hook for the warranty work. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. They constantly mislead customers and show no concern for completing the project on time. I signed up for a patio project, and even after four months, the work remains incomplete. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I strongly advise against using this company for any project. They are fraudulent and do not deliver on their promises.

This company charged me $4000 to replace 10 boards. Did not even replace the full boards. They cut the wood In pieces and replaced that. When I went to have it painted all of the pieces of wood had raised up from the deck less them 3 months. When I contacted the company, they treated it like it was my fault. Debated with me about it was properly inspected. And to add insult, sent me the material receipt that reflected that they only spent $170 on the project but charged me $4000.

Mike Daley met me for an estimate. He gave me a few suggestions. I paid a deposit to start. The amount for the job was reasonable. They. Came out and completed the job with in a week. They were always available by phone or text. They provided before and afters photos. They are knowledgeable, licensed, personable, and profesional. I would use them again. I had others who looked at the job, but Iâ m glad I hired the PROS

No complaints about people doing the work. Price seemed expensive for the amount of work done. Works finished in about 4 hours and was charged $3500

A very competent and professional contractor. They did an outstanding job in forming, concrete, and total cleanup. I highly recommend this company for any concrete project and any complexity. A special thanks to Jake and Jack for a job well done
