The woman who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer. Clearly knows plumbing, had a pretty good guess what needed to be done and which of her and quot;guysand quot; would do it well and soon. He came out the next day, was professional and respectful of our home, and cleaned up after himself. He worked quickly but had to make an extra trip for a non-standard part inside our shower wall (not something that seemed like it would've been easy to guess he'd need) but came right back and finished the job. Bill was clear and a bit below the original estimate.
We used them back in 2008 for an emergency repair, and they came really fast and did a great job. That time we couldn't believe the price was so reasonable for an emergency (I don't have the details at hand now).

They came out and preformed the service but then they recommended to me that I needed this other gentlemen to come out to look in to putting a bigger drain cover in and the run around with that gentlemen was unbelievable. He never returned my calls and when he did return my calls he did have some personal issues going on whom which I just totally understood but it's very unprofessional of him saying all of that to me. Then I called them back again and they told me that he'll call me back but he never called me back. I would not use their service because they're not reliable.

MARYLAND SEWERS WORKING CAME AND REPLACED A LOT OF PIPING THAT WAS OLD AND RUSTY. THEY ALSO REPLACED FIXTURES THAT WERE NOT WORKING TOO WELL. WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES DUE TO LEAKS. WE JUST FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM TOO, THEY SOMEHOW PERMANENTLY TURNED OFF OUR OUTSIDE WATER SPICKET.
