KV Electric

KV Electric performed electrical boring service from our well to our home and bored through our irrigation system. They are refusing to remedy the damage. I would NEVER use a company who does this type of work as their service, damages their customer's systems, and then will not take care of fixing the damage. Do NOT use.

Awesome work. Arrived early and stayed until the evening to complete the one day project.

After a quick phone call explaining what I was looking for, they gave me a quote without sending anyone to the house. Scheduling was quick and easy. The workers were friendly, arrived on time and my cost at the end matched exactly what I was quoted for.

We want to Thank Ken Jr. (Owner), Ken Sr., Sean, Dustin, Juan, Shaun and Brooke who work for KV Electric in Pasadena MD for their professionalism and superior service provided to us. Ken Jr. was outstanding in explaining the 22kw Standby Home Generator and upgrade of the electrical panel during our initial meeting, his professionalism and friendly manner sold us on going with KV Electric. Ken took the time to help layout a plan on where the best place was to install the generator. Brooke their Office Operations manager is a one-man show she kept us informed of installation day, electrical work, and concrete pad pouring. When the weather did not hold up Brooke was spot on with informing us of changes required due to the snow. Sean installed the electrical panel and upgraded circuits besides tagging all the circuits for us, he was so quiet I did not know he was even here. Ken Sr., Dustin, Juan, and Shaun worked tireless installing the generator while water was flowing from the drain spout, for the snow and ice were melting and making a mudding mess. Ken Sr. placed cardboard all around the area so the team would not be standing in mud. Ken even took away the mudding cardboard and I informed him I would do it, that tells you all about the ethics of this Team. We received the highest degree of hospitality and superior service from KV Electric, their outgoing personality, demeanor and willingness to help in the smallest detail made it a pleasure to have KV Electric in our home. KV Electric was not the low bidder for the installation of an EV Charging station in my carport that involved a 100amp service line 165 feet from my main breaker panel, under part of an asphalt parking lot and across community association land. However, I chose them because they bid to bore the cable installation vice trenching, thereby with minimal disturbance of the land and none to the asphalt parking lot. Working with Ken was a pleasure and KVE met all the requirements levied on the project by myself and the community association. They are highly recommended for this type of project.

They were a little bit more than other bids I got, but they were very professional, respectful, and easy to work with. I ended up making last-minute changes after getting their bid and they made that really easy for me. I feel confident about the quality of work they did.

Dustin came out to install a new ceiling fan and two closet lights. Very professional and fast, went above and beyond by identifying an issue the previous contractor overlooked and resolved the issue. Highly recommend KV Electric for all your electric needs!
