King James Galleries of Pasadena

Had a great experience with this company. I was trying to get a picture framed for an event the same day; I had simply planned to go to a big craft store and have a mat cut there. I realized too late that the store had started mailing out all its mats and no longer cut them in-store. It was near closing time when I showed up at King James Galleries, feeling desperate and carrying frame and artwork. The person working there was extremely helpful and cut a mat for me no the spot, no waiting, even though I'd shown up at the last minute, with no appointment. He charged me a few dollars, and I was able to present my framed gift on time. I will have all my framing needs performed by this shop from now on and highly recommend them for their customer service.
