There was more money than actual work performed. Company started off doing a good job. Some of the original workers left the company and finally for a while no one was coming in. Called contractor several times. Contractor returned, introducing a new employee. He came in for a few days. After request for mediation in July 2012, contractor returned only doing very little work, workmanship was not the same . Abandoned job again. Homeowner requested mediation in October, 2012. Contractor responded offering to redo the contract. I refused being contractor has all monies except half of last draw. I still have no bathrooms on first floor, partial use of kitchen, no railings and no exterior doors. MHIC Complaint was filed.
