Bill is very responsive and professional. Being first-time home-buyers, we appreciated that he took time to discuss issues he found with us in detail. We also worked with Bill about 6 months prior to this occasion. We hired him to undertake a feasibility study for a potential 203K rehab and were very satisfied with his work on that occasion as well. He prepared the reports quickly and was available to answer questions after the fact.

Bill arrived on time (actually early!) and was extremely thorough with his inspection. Given the windy and cold evening, we thought he'd do a brief outdoor tour, but with flashlight at the ready, he surveyed everything, for 45-60 minutes - just outside (and it's a quarter acre lot). Bill answered every question we had and scrutinized all parts of the house. He explained to us what he found, in terms we could understand, and gave an oral report of all positives and negatives before he left (3 hours!), so that there were no surprises on our inspection report, which arrived THE NEXT MORNING!
