My project was accomplished very successfully. The power washing performed enabled the dirt and debris to be completely removed to my full satisfaction. The service provider was excellent. He offered the most economical cost and began immediate performance of his service within minutes after contacting him. I must add, he performed his excellent service without my being present at home and again to my complete satisfaction. I must note also, that I needed to have a vinyl siding panel that had became loose at the bottom push back into place. It required providing a very tall ladder to reach it to get this done, I asked him if he could and would be willing to perform this as well. He said he would to do this if he could and he did as an extra (no cost) benefit. I give his overall work performance the highest rating possible. I was fully pleased that I chose his service and would again without hesitation for any high pressure power washing need.

Provider was very good to work with as they juggled their schedule to make sure the job was done in time for my family party. They arrived promptly at the time given and got right to work. They were very careful around flowerbeds and potted plants on deck area. Extremely polite and friendly. I hadn't had the house cleaned in a few years and it was really nasty, with a lot of algae and mildew growth due to the wonderful Pasadena humidity, as well as all the spider webs that accumulate under my portico. End result is the house looks fantastic...don't remember it looking this good since it was brand new and the house is 24 years old. I have my own power washer, and have done myself, but the money was well spent,. When I do the house, I have to use a ladder to get the higher spots and my old knees just don't like all the climbing up and down anymore. Plus, there were some places I just couldn't get to that they have the proper equipment to take care of. Definitely recommend and will use again!
