H20 Tommy

Excellent.

The house we purchased had a water conditioner system but after a few months living here our water was so bad it was clogging our water filters and staining our toilets and tubs. I had at least one other company provide an estimate for a dual tank water conditioner system. It was nearly $4K. My neighbors recommended H20 Tommy. He helped me understand what was wrong with my current system, provided options and recommendations. I have been using him ever since. He can be a little difficult to track down since it's a family business but it's worth the wait to know I am going to get good service.

Provides us salt and chemicals for our well water.

We contacted H2O Tommy because our water system needed chemicals (NOT SALT).  We have well water.
I'm fairly understanding about needing to reschedule....however, I was contacted to re-schedule several times, then several times no one showed up without any contact, then when someone did show up, they showed up very late.
When a man finally showed up, he simply dropped off a bag next to our water system and said someone would be back to service it. 
It was a bag of salt (not the chemicals we requested).
No one ever came back or contacted me.
However, I did receive a $50 bill for the un-requested bag of salt.  I paid it because we will need it eventually.....but I PAID $50 for a BAG OF SALT to be delivered to my house! 
Needless to say, we had to contact someone else to service our water system.
Bottom line: I do NOT recommend H20 Tommy because the company is (1) unprofessional; (2) unreliable; and (3) over-charges.

One phone call and he is here that day or the next day. He is very professional and courteous. He knows what he is doing. When he says something it is done and in a quick amount of time. There is never a problem. He is a good guy. We probably go through 10 to 15 bottles a water every time he comes out. The cost is approximate for every other week. I could probably go buy the stuff myself but with his professionalism and everything it isn't worth me doing what he does for me.

The job went very well from start to finish. I am disappointed in the manner in which they provide electrical power to a water treatment system. This will need to be rectified in the future. Basically, they provided an extension cord from an existing GFI receptacle. This could have be better.

Job 1: Excellent - Tommy and his crew came out to check our system and found the valves were turned incorrectly at some point. He relabeled everything, checked our water and system. He advised on what needed replacing. We did not do work yet because we are trying to sell the house, but will definitely call him to do work in the future. Job 2: Tommy came out to check our system before and we thought he was great for checking it and not trying to sell us a whole new system. When we realized we needed the new system, we did not hesitate to call him. He came out to re-check it and came back within days to install the new system. When we had a problem with the new pump, he came and replaced it within 2 hours of talking to me. His prices are great and so is the service. We now recommend him to anybody who needs water service.

H20 Tommy was prompt in making an appointment, business-like, and truly ready to be an honest worker in this field which can easily deceive almost any consumer. He saved me thousands of dollars. This is a small business with Tommy, who says he has had many years of experience, and I believe that to be true.

THIS GUY WAS GREAT. ONLY HIM NOT A BIG CORPORATE ENTITY. SEEMS VERY TRUSTWORTHY. ALSO PROVIDES SERVICE. GAVE A FREE ESTIMATE, AND THEN WHEN I AGREED TO IT, HE PROMPTLY SCHEDULED ME, AND CAME OUT TO DO THE SERVICE WHICH WAS DONE IN ONE DAY.
